Over 50 hours of training, participating companies work on identifying and assessing actual and potential human rights impacts, integrating these results into their internal processes, and defining concrete action plans.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">GDES approaches its participation in the program from a cross-cutting perspective, with the involvement of professionals from the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">QHSE\/CSR<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Organization and Human Resources<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> departments, represented by <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bel\u00e9n L\u00f3pez<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, CSR, Sustainability, and Innovation Technician, and <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Melina Masciotra<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, Human Resources and Selection Technician, respectively.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This involvement stems from the conviction that respect for human rights must be integrated into concrete actions, from the corporation at all organizational levels, and throughout the entire value chain.
