El \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n medio, para el que se han tomado las medias del total de preguntas del conjunto de cuestionarios, ha sido de 3,85 sobre un m\u00e1ximo de 5, un dato muy positivo sobre el clima laboral que se vive en las empresas del Grupo. Por otra parte, los resultados de la encuesta aportan ideas para mejorar los \u00edndices de satisfacci\u00f3n y mantener as\u00ed el nivel de calidad de los servicios que el Grupo presta a sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez analizada la informaci\u00f3n, se han realizado informes de resultados y se han transmitido al conjunto de los trabajadores en los distintos centros y sedes, detectando los puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles y estableciendo las acciones de correcci\u00f3n y mejora que la empresa se ha comprometido a realizar durante los ejercicios de 2011 y 2012.[:en]The employees of Lainsa and Lainsa Fire Prevention Services (Servicios Contra Incendios, SCI), two of the companies of the Grupo Dominguis, have taken part in the first \u201cDIME Employment Atmosphere Survey\u201d.<br \/>\nThey gave their opinions voluntarily and confidentially on various aspects relating to the operation of the company and its work environment.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the survey, which consisted of 51 questions and has had the help of the Tecum Human Resources consultancy for its configuration and execution, is to get to know and assess the employment atmosphere of the employees of two of the companies that employ 68% of the total number of workers of the Group, Lainsa and Lainsa SCI, together with that of each of the twenty workplaces in which this positive experience has been carried out.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>General participation was over 70%, which means that over 500 people collaborated. The average satisfaction index, which has been taken from the average figures from the questionnaires as a whole, was 3.85 out of 5; this is a very positive result concerning the employment atmosphere of the companies of the Group.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the results of the survey contribute ideas to improve the satisfaction indexes and to thus maintain the quality level of the services that the Group offers its clients.<\/p>\n<p>Once the information had been analysed, reports of results were drawn up and sent to the workers of the various workplaces and headquarters. The strong and weak points were detected and correction and improvement actions were established; the company has undertaken to carry out the latter during the 2011 and 2012 accounting periods.[:fr]Les travailleurs de Lainsa et Lainsa Services Contre Incendies, deux entreprises du Groupe Dominguis, ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u201cEnqu\u00eate sur le Climat dans l\u2019Environnement du Travail DIME\u201d, en donnant leur opinion volontairement et confidentiellement, sur les diff\u00e9rents aspects du fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise et de leur environnement de travail.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cette enqu\u00eate, compos\u00e9e de 51 questions, configur\u00e9es et r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en collaboration avec l\u2019entreprise de ressources humaines Tecum, est de conna\u00eetre et d\u2019\u00e9valuer le climat dans l\u2019environnement des travailleurs des deux entreprises qui regroupent 68% des travailleurs du Groupe, Lainsa et Lainsa SCI, ainsi que ceux des vingt centres o\u00f9 fut r\u00e9alis\u00e9e cette exp\u00e9rience positive.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La participation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 70%, ce qui suppose la collaboration de plus de 500 travailleurs.
