Este es adem\u00e1s un sistema diferenciador frente a otras protecciones existentes por ser <strong>reutilizable tras su desmontaje<\/strong>, lo cual reduce el coste de mantenimiento y los residuos generados.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de <strong>GDES<\/strong> en CNV II se desarrollar\u00e1 en 3 fases: ingenier\u00eda de detalle, fabricaci\u00f3n y suministro y, por \u00faltimo, la fase de instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3279 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/12\/noticia-vandellos-II-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"287\" \/>GDES<\/strong> ya ha finalizado la primera fase de este proyecto con gran \u00e9xito gracias en parte al innovador sistema utilizado en la ingenier\u00eda de detalle. Se ha escaneado la instalaci\u00f3n con\u00a0 l\u00e1ser 3D y a partir de esa informaci\u00f3n se han realizado modelados tridimensionales de las canalizaciones el\u00e9ctricas en sistema BIM (<em>Building Information <\/em><em>Modeling<\/em>), incorporando posteriormente las configuraciones de protecci\u00f3n contra fuego dise\u00f1adas. Su utilizaci\u00f3n elimina la necesidad de montar andamios para la fase de toma de datos e implica enormes mejoras en cuanto a la reducci\u00f3n de riesgos a tres niveles: <strong>Seguridad Laboral<\/strong>, por los riesgos que implican los trabajos en altura, y los relativos a la\u00a0 <strong>Seguridad Nuclear<\/strong>, evitando posibles actuaciones accidentales; riesgos sobre ESC,s (Estructuras, Sistemas y Componentes relacionados con la Seguridad) durante los montajes de andamios y transporte de los mismos y por \u00faltimo, la reducci\u00f3n de costes radiol\u00f3gicos por reducci\u00f3n de tiempos de exposici\u00f3n del personal a cargo de las mediciones en \u00e1reas con tasas de dosis.[:en]<strong>GDES<\/strong> has been chosen to install the <strong>Darmatt KM1<\/strong> endothermic fire protection system for cable trays at the Vandell\u00f3s II Nuclear Power Plant, in compliance with the requirements of the NRC (the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission). Moreover, this system stands apart from existing protection systems because it is <strong>reusable<\/strong>, which saves on maintenance costs and reduces waste.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>GDES<\/strong> project at Vandell\u00f3s II NPP will be developed over 3 phases: detailed engineering, manufacturing and supply and, finally, the installation phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3279 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/12\/noticia-vandellos-II-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"287\" \/>GDES<\/strong> has already completed the first phase of the project with great success thanks in part to the innovative system used for the detailed engineering. The installation was scanned with 3D laser and this information was used to carry out three-dimensional modelling of the cable trays in a BIM (Building Information Model), and then the fire protection configurations were incorporated. This eliminates the need to build scaffolding for the data collection phase and entails enormous improvements in terms of risk reduction on three levels: <strong>Occupational Safety<\/strong>, due to the risks involved in working at height and <strong>Nuclear Safety <\/strong>hazards, avoiding potential accidents; risks related to SSCs (safety-related Structures, Systems and Components) during the assembly and transport of scaffolding; and, lastly, the reduction of <strong>radiological costs<\/strong> by reducing exposure times of workers taking measurements in areas with high dose rates.[:fr]<strong>GDES<\/strong> sera la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e d&#8217;installer dans la centrale nucl\u00e9aire Vandellos II le syst\u00e8me de protection endothermique pour chemins de c\u00e2bles <strong>Darmatt KM1<\/strong>, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences fix\u00e9es par la NRC (Commission de r\u00e9glementation nucl\u00e9aire des \u00c9tats-Unis). L&#8217;installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 scann\u00e9e avec un laser 3D, puis cette information a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9aliser une mod\u00e9lisation tridimensionnelle des chemins de c\u00e2bles dans le syst\u00e8me BIM (<em>Building Information <\/em><em>Modeling<\/em>), pour ensuite incorporer les configurations de protection contre l&#8217;incendie qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues.
