Una excelente oportunidad en la que los distintos l\u00edderes que gestionan los diferentes negocios de GDES han podido retomar el contacto, fomentando el\u00a0esp\u00edritu de\u00a0colaboraci\u00f3n y el acercamiento de las distintas \u00e1reas\u00a0geogr\u00e1ficas.<\/p>\n<p>Para fomentar los principios de cohesi\u00f3n y unidad, el Group Meeting 2017 ha sido escogido como el lugar donde presentar las <strong>nuevas l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong> de cara a los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>GDES priorizar\u00e1 sus inversiones en los negocios relativos a los sectores <strong>nuclear, desmantelamiento y e\u00f3lico<\/strong>. Mejorando el posicionamiento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en mercados de demostrado potencial como <strong>Francia, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es potenciar nuestro crecimiento en el exterior a trav\u00e9s del <em>Know-how<\/em> que nos aporta 85 a\u00f1os de historia en el mercado nacional.<\/p>\n<p>GDES orientar\u00e1 sus esfuerzos en I+D para ofrecer servicios de mayor valor a\u00f1adido. Invertir\u00e1 en herramientas de <em>Business Intelligence<\/em> que dinamicen la toma de decisiones. Potenciar\u00e1 las inversiones en pa\u00edses y negocios de mayor inter\u00e9s estrat\u00e9gico. Y crear\u00e1, en definitiva y a corto plazo, una organizaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil y unida con una estrategia \u00fanica y compartida en todas las \u00e1reas de actuaci\u00f3n.[:en]<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3268 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/12\/FotoGroup-Meeting.jpg\" width=\"1659\" height=\"625\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Focusing | 2018 &#8211; 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the past days of November 16 and 17, the second Group Meeting of GD Energy Services was held in which forty executives and representatives attended from all the countries in which the Group operates.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>An annual meeting focussed on the presentation of the budgets for 2018, projects to 2031 and, above all, on the <strong>reflection on the future of the Group<\/strong>: the analysis of the perspectives of each of the business units, their objectives and the opportunities detected in each country. It was an excellent opportunity in which the leaders that manage the different GDES business lines were able to renew contacts, promoting the spirit of collaboration and the bringing closer the different geographic areas.<\/p>\n<p>In order to promote the principles of cohesion and unity, the 2017 Group Meeting was chosen as the place to present the <strong>new strategic lines of the company <\/strong>with a view to the upcoming years.<\/p>\n<p>GDES will prioritise its investments in the businesses related to the <strong>nuclear, dismantling and wind energy <\/strong>sectors, improving the ranking of the company in the markets of demonstrated potential such as <strong>France, United Kingdom and the United States<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The objective is to strengthen our growth in other countries through the <em>Know-how <\/em>that 85 years in of history on the national market provide us.<\/p>\n<p>GDES will directs its efforts in R&amp;D to offer services of greater added value. It will invest in <em>Business Intelligence <\/em>tools that will make decision making dynamic. It will strengthen the investments in countries and business lines of greater strategic interest. And it will create, in short and in the short term, an agile and united organisation with a unique and shared strategy in all the areas of action.[:fr]<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3268 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/12\/FotoGroup-Meeting.jpg\" width=\"1659\" height=\"625\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Focus | 2018 &#8211; 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les 16 et 17 novembre derniers a eu lieu \u00e0 Valence le deuxi\u00e8me Group Meeting de GD Energy Services, auquel ont assist\u00e9 quarante directeurs et repr\u00e9sentants de tous les pays dans lesquels le groupe op\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9union annuelle centr\u00e9e sur l&#8217;exposition des budgets pour 2018, les pr\u00e9visions pour 2031 et, surtout, sur la<strong> r\u00e9flexion sur l&#8217;avenir du groupe<\/strong> : l&#8217;analyse de la\u00a0perspective de chacune des unit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, de leurs objectifs et des opportunit\u00e9s d\u00e9tect\u00e9es dans chaque pays. Une occasion id\u00e9ale pour les diff\u00e9rents dirigeants \u00e0 la t\u00eate des diff\u00e9rentes op\u00e9rations de GDES de reprendre contact, en favorisant l&#8217;esprit de collaboration et le rapprochement des diff\u00e9rents secteurs g\u00e9ographiques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour promouvoir les principes de coh\u00e9sion et d&#8217;unit\u00e9, le Group Meeting 2017 a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi comme le lieu de pr\u00e9sentation des <strong>nouvelles lignes strat\u00e9giques de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>GDES priorisera les investissements dans des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux secteurs du <strong>nucl\u00e9aire, du d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement et \u00e9olien<\/strong>. En am\u00e9liorant le placement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur les march\u00e9s au potentiel d\u00e9montr\u00e9 tels que ceux de <strong>la France, du Royaume-Uni et des \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif est de renforcer notre croissance \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger gr\u00e2ce au <em>savoir-faire<\/em> que nous apportent 85 ans d&#8217;histoire sur le march\u00e9 national.<\/p>\n<p>GDES adaptera ses efforts en R+D pour offrir des services d\u2019une plus grande valeur ajout\u00e9e. Il investira dans des outils de <em>Business Intelligence<\/em> qui dynamiseront la prise de d\u00e9cisions. Il renforcera les investissements dans les pays et les secteurs ayant un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat strat\u00e9gique.
