Debido a este dise\u00f1o, el sistema de contenci\u00f3n ha presentado problemas de estanqueidad en el hormig\u00f3n, apareciendo micro fisuras que con el tiempo pueden provocar fugas de aire durante las pruebas de estanqueidad del recinto en algunas centrales.<\/p>\n<p>EDF, para dar soluci\u00f3n a estos problemas,\u00a0 cr\u00edticos para la continuidad operacional de dichas centrales, dise\u00f1\u00f3 un sistema para eliminar o minimizar estas fugas mejorando la estanqueidad basado\u00a0 en un revestimiento reforzado con fibra de vidrio por la pared exterior del primer muro del recinto de contenci\u00f3n en la zona de intramuros. Y a su vez, EDF busc\u00f3 alternativas a este nuevo sistema que pudieran suponer mejoras significativas, adem\u00e1s de diferentes opciones en caso de que no funcionara su plan inicial.<\/p>\n<p>GDES, bas\u00e1ndose en su experiencia, compromiso y esp\u00edritu innovador, estudi\u00f3 el proyecto en profundidad y dise\u00f1\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n alternativa para EDF desarrollada por la unidad especializada en revestimientos GDES Revanti en colaboraci\u00f3n con la filial GDES France.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema consiste en un revestimiento formado por una preparaci\u00f3n superficial mediante chorreado abrasivo con part\u00edculas met\u00e1licas (\u00f3xido de Aluminio) recubiertas de esponja para minimizar la dispersi\u00f3n de polvo, m\u00e1s dos capas de mortero, otras dos capas de estratificado de resina con fibra de carbono, y una \u00faltima capa de acabado de resina.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez homologado el sistema, EDF\u00a0 adjudic\u00f3 al grupo GDES un contrato de ejecuci\u00f3n de 4 a\u00f1os a realizar en 4 fases divididas en 4 intervenciones en las centrales de Cattenom 3 y Flamanville 1 y 2 (Francia).<\/p>\n<p>La primera fase del proyecto ha finalizado con \u00e9xito, y en abril de 2018 comenzar\u00e1 la segunda gran fase de Extrad\u00f3s. En ella intervendr\u00e1n 180 trabajadores formados expresamente por GDES para la operaci\u00f3n, se tratar\u00e1n 4.100 m2 de superficie y tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 3 meses y medio.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s la experiencia de GDES y su apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n ha permitido posicionar al Grupo como una empresa l\u00edder en el sector de tratamientos de superficies en el mercado nuclear europeo.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad Comercial de GDES en Francia comenz\u00f3 en 2007 y se consolid\u00f3 como una de las principales apuestas internacionales del grupo en 2016 con la constituci\u00f3n de la divisi\u00f3n nuclear-industrial GDES Erba a trav\u00e9s de la alianza estrat\u00e9gica con la empresa gala Erba, especialista en pinturas industriales y revestimientos anticorrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>GDES lleva varios a\u00f1os abriendo mercado en el pa\u00eds vecino. Actualmente, GDES France est\u00e1 centrado en limpiezas qu\u00edmicas, tratamiento de superficies, desmantelamiento, gesti\u00f3n de residuos \u00a0y proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos de ingenier\u00eda para la industria nuclear.<\/p>\n<p>GD Energy Services (GDES) es adem\u00e1s la \u00fanica empresa de origen espa\u00f1ol poseedora de la autorizaci\u00f3n CAEAR para trabajar para el CEA franc\u00e9s y la segunda no francesa en adquirirla. Una situaci\u00f3n excepcional que permitir\u00e1 a GDES abrir un nuevo mercado en Francia dedicado a las \u00e1reas de desmantelamiento, protecci\u00f3n radiol\u00f3gica, gesti\u00f3n de residuos e ingenier\u00eda.[:en]<strong>Extrad\u00f3s is GDES\u2019s largest execution contract in the French nuclear market<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EDF, which owns all nuclear power generation plants in France, began the Extrad\u00f3s project in order to provide a solution to airtightness problems detected in several nuclear power plants in the country.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Some French nuclear power plants are characterised by a design of the reactor contention building that comprises a double concrete wall with a space between the walls of approximately 1.80m without a metal liner. Due to this design, the contention system has shown some airtightness problems in the concrete, with micro-cracks appearing that over time might lead to air leaks during the building airtightness tests in some power plants.<\/p>\n<p>In order to solve these problems, which is critical for the operational continuity of said power plants, EDF designed a system to eliminate or minimise these leaks by improving airtightness based on a fibreglass reinforced coating on the outer face of the first wall of the contention building in the inter-wall area. In turn, EDF sought alternatives to this new system that might lead to significant improvements, as well as different options in the event that their initial plan did not work.<\/p>\n<p>Leveraging its experience, commitment and innovative spirit, GDES studied the project in depth and designed an alternative solution for EDF developed by the GDES unit specialising in coatings, GDES Revanti, in partnership with the subsidiary GDES France.<\/p>\n<p>The system consists in a coating formed by surface preparation using abrasive blasting with metallic particles (aluminium oxide) covered with sponge to minimise dust dispersion, plus two coats of mortar, another two coats of resin laminate with carbon fibre and one final coat of resin finish.<\/p>\n<p>Once the system was approved, EDF awarded GDES a 4-year execution contract to be performed in four stages divided into four actions at the Cattenom 3 and Flamanville 1 and 2 (France) power plants.<\/p>\n<p>The first stage of the project has been successfully completed, and the second stage of Extrad\u00f3s will begin in April 2018. This will involve the participation of 180 workers expressly trained by GDS for the operation. They will work on a surface area of 4100 m\u00b2 over a period of 3 1\/2 months.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, the experience of GDES and its commitment to innovation has made it possible to position the Group as a leading company in the surface treatment industry in the European nuclear market.<\/p>\n<p>GDES&#8217;s commercial activity in France began in 2007 and it was consolidated as one of the group&#8217;s leading international priorities in 2016 with the formation of the nuclear-industrial division GDES Erba through a strategic alliance with the French company Erba, a specialist in industrial paints and anticorrosion coatings.<\/p>\n<p>GDES has spent several years on gaining a share of the French market. GDES France is currently focused on chemical cleaning, surface treatment, dismantling, waste management and technological engineering projects for the nuclear industry.<\/p>\n<p>GD Energy Services (GDES) is also the only Spanish company that holds the CAEAR authorization to work for the French CEA (Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission) and the second non-French company to obtain this authorisation. This is an exceptional situation which will allow GDES to open a new market in France focused on dismantling, radiological protection, waste management and engineering.[:fr]<strong>Extrados est le plus grand contrat d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de GDES sur le march\u00e9 du nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7ais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EDF, propri\u00e9taire de toutes les centrales nucl\u00e9aires de production d&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en France, a lanc\u00e9 le projet Extrados pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans plusieurs centrales nucl\u00e9aires du pays.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Certaines centrales nucl\u00e9aires fran\u00e7aises se caract\u00e9risent par la conception de l\u2019enceinte de confinement du r\u00e9acteur, compos\u00e9e de deux parois de b\u00e9ton s\u00e9par\u00e9es par un espace interne d&#8217;environ 1,80 m sans liner m\u00e9tallique. Des probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 dans le b\u00e9ton, dus \u00e0 ce type de conception, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cel\u00e9s dans ce syst\u00e8me de confinement, des micro-fissures susceptibles de provoquer \u00e0 la longue des fuites d&#8217;air \u00e9tant apparues dans certaines centrales lors des essais d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&#8217;enceinte.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes critiques pour la continuit\u00e9 du fonctionnement de ces centrales, EDF a con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9liminer ou minimiser ces fuites en am\u00e9liorant l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Ce syst\u00e8me consiste en un rev\u00eatement renforc\u00e9 avec de la fibre de verre sur la paroi externe du premier mur de l\u2019enceinte de confinement dans la zone comprise entre les murs. EDF a dans un m\u00eame temps cherch\u00e9 des solutions alternatives \u00e0 ce nouveau syst\u00e8me, susceptibles d\u2019apporter des am\u00e9liorations significatives, et a \u00e9galement envisag\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes options pour le cas o\u00f9 son plan initial ne fonctionnerait pas.<\/p>\n<p>GDES, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le projet en profondeur, a con\u00e7u une solution alternative pour EDF en s\u2019appuyant sur son exp\u00e9rience, son engagement et son esprit d&#8217;innovation. Cette solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par l&#8217;unit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en rev\u00eatements, GDES Revanti, en collaboration avec la filiale GDES France.<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me est constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;un rev\u00eatement form\u00e9 par une couche de pr\u00e9paration de la surface \u00e9labor\u00e9e par projection de particules m\u00e9talliques abrasives (oxyde d&#8217;aluminium) recouvertes d&#8217;\u00e9ponge afin de minimiser la dispersion de la poussi\u00e8re, de deux couches de mortier, de deux autres couches de stratifi\u00e9 renforc\u00e9 de fibre de carbone, et d\u2019une derni\u00e8re couche de finition en r\u00e9sine.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir homologu\u00e9 ce syst\u00e8me, EDF a attribu\u00e9 au groupe GDES un contrat d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de 4 ans devant se d\u00e9rouler en 4 phases divis\u00e9es en 4 interventions dans les centrales de Cattenom 3 et de Flamanville 1 et 2 (France).<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re phase du projet s\u2019est achev\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s. La deuxi\u00e8me grande phase d&#8217;Extrados d\u00e9butera en avril 2018. Lors de cette phase, qui durera 3 mois et demi, 180 personnes interviendront, toutes sp\u00e9cialement form\u00e9es par GDES pour cette op\u00e9ration, et 4 100 m<sup>2<\/sup> de surface seront trait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de GDES et son engagement pour l&#8217;innovation ont permis une nouvelle fois au Groupe de se positionner en tant qu\u2019entreprise leader dans le secteur du traitement de surface sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en du nucl\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n<p>En France, l\u2019activit\u00e9 commerciale de GDES a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2007. Elle s\u2019est par la suite consolid\u00e9e en 2016, devenant l\u2019un des principaux engagements internationaux du groupe avec la cr\u00e9ation de la branche nucl\u00e9aire-industrielle GDES Erba, fruit de l\u2019alliance strat\u00e9gique avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise Erba, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les peintures industrielles et les rev\u00eatements anti-corrosion.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait plusieurs ann\u00e9es que GDES a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 percer sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. GDES France concentre actuellement son activit\u00e9 sur le nettoyage chimique, le traitement de surface, le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement, la gestion des d\u00e9chets ainsi que sur des projets technologiques d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie pour l\u00b4industrie nucl\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n<p>GD Energy Services (GDES) est par ailleurs la seule entreprise d&#8217;origine espagnole \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019une acceptation de la CAEAR l\u2019autorisant \u00e0 travailler pour le CEA fran\u00e7ais, et c\u2019est la deuxi\u00e8me entreprise non fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 avoir re\u00e7u une telle acceptation.
