El servicio, contratado por EDF,<strong> ha sido obtenido a trav\u00e9s de la UTE constituida junto a D&amp;S. <\/strong>El pasado 29 de junio arranc\u00f3 el lanzamiento del proyecto y la intervenci\u00f3n de desmantelamiento se realizar\u00e1, seg\u00fan fechas estimadas, del \u00faltimo trimestre de 2018 al primer trimestre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es el primer contrato de desmantelamiento que consigue GDES en territorio franc\u00e9s. La operaci\u00f3n consiste en el desmantelamiento electromec\u00e1nico de una Celda Caliente similar a la que GDES desmantel\u00f3 en la Central Nuclear de Vandell\u00f3s 1 (1999-2002- Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n<p>El desmantelamiento de Vandell\u00f3s 1, constituye un referente a nivel internacional, fue el primer desmantelamiento de una central nuclear espa\u00f1ola y una de las primeras a nivel europeo.<\/p>\n<p>GDES ha destacado en la adquisici\u00f3n de esta oferta por contar con<strong> m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sector nuclear<\/strong>. GDES no solo ha participado en la construcci\u00f3n de las principales Centrales Nucleares espa\u00f1olas a finales de los a\u00f1os 70, sino tambi\u00e9n en su mantenimiento y actualmente en su desmantelamiento. Es en ese campo, el <strong>desmantelamiento<\/strong>, d\u00f3nde GDES es referente a nivel europeo siendo empresa participante en la ejecuci\u00f3n de diferentes proyectos no solo en Espa\u00f1a sino tambi\u00e9n en Italia, Reino Unido y, a partir de ahora, Francia. GDES actualmente presta servicios de Limpiezas Mec\u00e1nicas y Qu\u00edmicas para los intercambiadores de calor (GSS [MSR]) en la Central Nuclear de Bugey. La Central Nuclear de Bugey est\u00e1 compuesta por 4 unidades operativas y una clausurada (Bugey 1).\u00a0 La Unidad 1 (INB45) es del tipo UNGG (<em>Uranium Naturel Graphite Gaz<\/em>). Constru\u00edda entre 1965 y 1971, en parada definitiva desde 1994.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de desmantelamiento electromec\u00e1nico de la Celda MEC incluye la extracci\u00f3n de todos los equipos presentes en ella: brazos telemanipuladores, unidades de elevaci\u00f3n, aspiradores, puerta blindada, etc\u2026 Y la extracci\u00f3n de los equipos ubicados en las partes anexas: cuadro el\u00e9ctrico, comando de control, puesto de pilotaje, etc\u2026\u00a0 En paralelo, GDES France llevar\u00e1 a cabo el trabajo de control radiol\u00f3gico, la caracterizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de desechos, entre otras labores. La fase final de los trabajos sobre la Celda ser\u00e1 realizada mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de pintura por GDES Erba, divisi\u00f3n en Francia de GDES, especialista en Tratamiento de Superficies.[:en]GDES France <strong>has been awarded a contract for electromechanical decommissioning\u00a0of hot cell facility (Cellule MEC) at the Bugey 1 Nuclear Power Plant. <\/strong>The contract, awarded by EDF, <strong>was secured through a joint venture with D&amp;S<\/strong>. The project was launched on 29 June and the dismantling operations are scheduled to run from the last quarter of 2018 to the first quarter of 2019.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It is GDES\u2019 first dismantling contract in France. The operation consists of the electromechanical decommissioning of a hot cell similar to the cell that GDES dismantled at the Vandell\u00f3s 1 Nuclear Power Plant (1999-2002, Spain).<\/p>\n<p>The decommissioning of Vandell\u00f3s 1 set an international benchmark: it was the first decommissioning of a Spanish nuclear power plant and one of the first in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>GDES\u2019 bid was bolstered by <strong>more than 40 years\u2019 experience in the nuclear industry<\/strong>. GDES not only participated in the construction of the major Spanish nuclear power plants at the end of the 1970s, but also in their maintenance and now in their decommissioning. It is in this field, <strong>decommissioning<\/strong>, that GDES is a European leader: it is involved in various projects, not only in Spain but also in Italy, the United Kingdom and now, France. GDES currently provides mechanical and chemical cleaning services for the moisture separator reheaters (MSRs) at the Bugey Nuclear Power Plant. The Bugey NPP has 4 operational units and one decommissioned unit (Bugey 1). Unit 1 (INB45) is a UNGG (<em>Uranium Naturel Graphite Gaz<\/em>) reactor. Built between 1965 and 1971, in the definitive shutdown situation since 1994.<\/p>\n<p>The electromechanical decommissioning project includes the removal of all the unit equipment \u2013 remote manipulator arms, lifting units, aspirators, reinforced door, etc. \u2013 and the equipment located in the adjoining parts: electrical panel, control command, pilot station, etc.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, GDES France will undertake other tasks, including radiological control, waste classification and management. L&#8217;op\u00e9ration consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique d\u2019une cellule MEC similaire \u00e0 celle que GDES a d\u00e9mantel\u00e9e dans la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Vandell\u00f3s 1 (1999-2002 &#8211; Espagne).<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de Vandell\u00f3s 1, une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence internationale, a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement d&#8217;une centrale nucl\u00e9aire espagnole et l&#8217;un des premiers au niveau europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n<p>GDES s&#8217;est d\u00e9marqu\u00e9e dans cette offre en raison <strong>de ses plus de 40 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience dans la fili\u00e8re nucl\u00e9aire.<\/strong> GDES n&#8217;a pas seulement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction des principales centrales nucl\u00e9aires espagnoles \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 70, mais aussi \u00e0 leur maintenance et, actuellement, \u00e0 leur d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement. <strong>C&#8217;est dans ce domaine, le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement, que<\/strong> <strong>GDES est une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au niveau europ\u00e9en<\/strong>, en participant \u00e0 l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de diff\u00e9rents projets non seulement en <strong>Espagne<\/strong> mais aussi en <strong>Italie<\/strong>, au <strong>Royaume-Uni<\/strong> et, d\u00e9sormais, en <strong>France<\/strong>. GDES fournit actuellement des services de nettoyage m\u00e9canique et chimique pour les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur (GSS[MSR]) dans la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Bugey. La centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Bugey comprend 4 unit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles et une unit\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e d\u00e9finitivement (Bugey 1). L&#8217;unit\u00e9 1 (INB45) est de type UNGG (Uranium Naturel Graphite Gaz). Construite entre 1965 et 1972, cette unit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e d\u00e9finitivement en 1994.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique de la cellule MEC comprend le retrait de tous les \u00e9quipements qu&#8217;elle contient : bras t\u00e9l\u00e9manipulateurs, unit\u00e9s de levage, aspirateurs, porte blind\u00e9e, etc. Et le retrait des \u00e9quipements situ\u00e9s dans les parties annexes : tableau \u00e9lectrique, commande de contr\u00f4le, poste de contr\u00f4le, etc. En parall\u00e8le, GDES France r\u00e9alisera des travaux de contr\u00f4le radiologique, de caract\u00e9risation et de gestion des d\u00e9chets, entre autres t\u00e2ches.
