Este proyecto se ha desarrollado para EDF, siguiendo sus requerimientos y representa una soluci\u00f3n para la ampliaci\u00f3n de la vida \u00fatil de varias centrales nucleares francesas,\u00a0entre ellas,\u00a0Flamanville 1 y 2.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/09\/grafica-extrados-300x255.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"255\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El Sistema\u00a0SIKAWRAP 230C\u00a0se ha dise\u00f1ado para ser aplicado en la cara externa de la contenci\u00f3n interior (Extrados), y mejorar la estanqueidad, resistencia a la contrapresi\u00f3n y buena adherencia sobre los muros de hormig\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez optimizado, caracterizado y homologado, el nuevo sistema de revestimiento<strong>\u00a0SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong>\u00a0ha sido aplicado por GDES (con la colaboraci\u00f3n de ONET en servicios auxiliares, tales como montaje de andamios y ventilaci\u00f3n) en las siguientes centrales nucleares francesas:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Cattenom\u00a03 (aplicaci\u00f3n sobre aproximadamente 50 m2\u00a0en octubre de 2016).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Flamanville\u00a02 (aplicaci\u00f3n sobre aproximadamente 2400 m2\u00a0entre los meses de mayo y julio de 2017. Est\u00e1 previsto continuar con la aplicaci\u00f3n en las zonas pendientes entre los meses de enero y abril de 2019).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Flamanville\u00a01 (aplicaci\u00f3n sobre 4500 m2\u00a0entre abril y julio de 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Durante las pruebas\u00a0decenales de resistencia y estanqueidad efectuadas en\u00a0Flamanville\u00a01 ha sido patente el \u00e9xito de las ejecuciones y de la nueva soluci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong>. El excelente resultado obtenido en las pruebas de presi\u00f3n junto al reconocimiento de nuestro cliente, nos\u00a0posiciona\u00a0como un proveedor de referencia para\u00a0EDF. Demuestra\u00a0la fiabilidad sobre un\u00a0proyecto\u00a0I+D+i desarrollado por\u00a0nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda y la\u00a0<strong>capacidad real<\/strong>\u00a0de nuestro sistema.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Felicidades equipo![:en]<strong>GDES congratulated for inner and outer containment work<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(project Extrados).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GDES, together with the rest of the companies that have intervened, has been congratulated by Senior Management at EDF Flamanville 1 &amp; 2 power plant for their work on the inner and outer containment structures.\u00a0During the refuelling outage at Flamanville 1 our client, EDF, carried out ten-year containment resistance and leak-tightness tests under the supervision of the French Nuclear Safety Authority.\u00a0 The results of these tests will serve as a final validation of the coating system developed by our company (<strong>SIKAWRAP 230C SYSTEM<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To provide an alternative solution to existing systems in the market, GDES undertook an innovation project to design a <strong>new coating system for the leak-tightness and structural reinforcement of double-walled containment structures<\/strong>. project that is part of the EDF Grand Car\u00e9nage Program. The project was developed for EDF, following its requirements, and is a solution for the operational continuity of several French nuclear power plants, including Flamanville 1 &amp; 2.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong> System has been designed to be applied to the external face of the internal containment structure (Extrados), \u00a0to improve leak-tightness, resistance to back-pressure and good adhesion to concrete walls.<\/p>\n<p>Once it was optimised, classified and approved, the new <strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong> coating system was applied by GDES (in collaboration with ONET for auxiliary services, such as assembly of scaffolding and ventilation) at the following French nuclear power plants:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4073 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/09\/grafica-extrados-300x255.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"255\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cattenom 3 (application on approximately 50 m2 in October 2016).<\/li>\n<li>Flamanville 2 (application on approximately 2400 m2 between the months of May and July 2017. The application will continue on the remaining areas between the months of January and April 2019).<\/li>\n<li>Flamanville 1 (application on 4500 m2 between April and July 2018).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The success of the new <strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong> solution has now been confirmed and, for the first time, in a real situation, during the ten-year containment resistance and leak-tightness tests recently carried out at Flamanville 1.\u00a0The successful results of the pressure tests and the recognition of our client places GDES as a key supplier for EDF. Demonstrates the reliability of an R + D + i project developed by our company and demonstrates the real capacity of our system to solve a new requirement not raised until now, and whose resolution guarantees the operation under the most recent regulations of international nuclear safety.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations team!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:fr]<strong>GDES a \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9licit\u00e9 pour les travaux d&#8217;<\/strong><strong>Extrados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GDES a \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9licit\u00e9 par la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la centrale d&#8217;EDF de\u00a0Flamanville\u00a01\/2,\u00a0avec le reste des entreprises qui sont intervenues dans les travaux d&#8217;Intrados\u00a0et\u00a0Extrados.\u00a0Lors de l&#8217;arr\u00eat du rechargement de\u00a0Flamanville\u00a01, notre client EDF a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les tests d\u00e9cennaux de r\u00e9sistance et d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&#8217;enceinte de confinement, sous la supervision de l&#8217;Autorit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7aise.\u00a0 Les r\u00e9sultats de ces tests serviront de validation finale du syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (<strong>SIKAWRAP 230C SYSTEM<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Afin d&#8217;apporter une solution alternative aux syst\u00e8mes existants sur le march\u00e9, GDES a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un projet d&#8217;innovation visant \u00e0 concevoir un<strong> nouveau syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des enceintes BR \u00e0 double paroi<\/strong>, projet qui s\u2019inscrit dans le Programme EDF du Grand Car\u00e9nage. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour EDF conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ses exigences, et repr\u00e9sente une solution \u00a0pour l\u2019extension de la dur\u00e9e de vie de plusieurs centrales nucl\u00e9aires fran\u00e7aises, dont\u00a0Flamanville 1\/2.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me <strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur la face externe de l&#8217;enceinte de confinement int\u00e9rieure (Extrados), facilitant ainsi son application, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que dans l&#8217;Intrados il y a une plus grande pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;\u00e9quipements sur la paroi, des difficult\u00e9s d&#8217;acc\u00e8s, etc. Les autres avantages du nouveau syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par GDES sont l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la contre-pression et une bonne adh\u00e9rence sur les murs en b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois optimis\u00e9, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 et homologu\u00e9, le nouveau syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement <strong>SIKAWRAP\u00a0230C<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 par GDES, (avec la collaboration d&#8217;ONET les services auxiliaires, tels que le montage d&#8217;\u00e9chafaudages et la ventilation) dans les centrales nucl\u00e9aires fran\u00e7aises suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4073 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/gdes.com\/gdes-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/09\/grafica-extrados-300x255.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"255\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cattenom3 (application sur environ 50 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0en octobre 2016).<\/li>\n<li>Flamanville2 (application sur environ 2400 m<sup>2\u00a0<\/sup>entre mai et juillet 2017.
