El proyecto ITER (en lat\u00edn \u201cel camino\u201d) es uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s ambiciosos del mundo en el \u00e1mbito de la energ\u00eda. Su instalaci\u00f3n se encuentra en Cadarache, al sur de Francia, y cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de 35 pa\u00edses para fabricar el primer dispositivo de fusi\u00f3n, a escala industrial, para <strong>demostrar la viabilidad de<\/strong> <strong>la fusi\u00f3n como fuente de energ\u00eda a gran escala<\/strong> y libre de emisiones de carbono, bas\u00e1ndose en el mismo principio por el cual el sol y las estrellas generan su energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GDES forma parte, a trav\u00e9s de esta adjudicaci\u00f3n, del equipo que construir\u00e1 el recinto donde se alojar\u00e1 ITER (el edificio Tokamak) y sus edificios anexos para la obtenci\u00f3n de plasma de deuterio y tritio. Its facilities are in Cadarache, southern France, and it results from the collaboration of 35 countries to test the potential of <strong>fusion as a large-scale and carbon-free source of energy<\/strong> based on the same principle that powers our Sun and stars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GDES is part of the team that will build the enclosure where the ITER device will be housed (the Tokamak building) and the surrounding buildings for achieving deuterium-tritium plasma, GDES is in charge of applying different types of coatings, combining works with scaffolding, auxiliary resources and working at height over a total surface of 120,000 m2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The different coatings to be applied include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decontaminable and non-decontaminable coatings.<\/li>\n<li>Anti-carbonation coatings.<\/li>\n<li>Coatings with high resistance to chemicals and heavy traffic.<\/li>\n<li>Coatings with high resistance to irradiation.<\/li>\n<li>Coatings that meet additional electrostatic conductivity requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coatings resistant to oils and specific chemical elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4910 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/06\/Building_Services-1024x641.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"469\" \/><\/p>\n<p>ITER is considered the most complex scientific project in history.
