{"id":6761,"date":"2019-07-03T08:27:27","date_gmt":"2019-07-03T06:27:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/?p=4969"},"modified":"2019-07-03T08:27:27","modified_gmt":"2019-07-03T06:27:27","slug":"la-unidad-de-tratamiento-de-superficies-de-gdes-premiada-por-la-central-nuclear-de-nogent-por-sus-trabajos-de-metalizacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/2019\/07\/03\/la-unidad-de-tratamiento-de-superficies-de-gdes-premiada-por-la-central-nuclear-de-nogent-por-sus-trabajos-de-metalizacion\/","title":{"rendered":"[:es]La Unidad de Tratamiento de Superficies de GDES premiada por la Central Nuclear de Nogent por sus trabajos de Metalizaci\u00f3n[:en]GDES Surface Treatment Business Unit presented with an award for its metallisation work by Nogent Nuclear Power Plant.[:fr]L&#8217;unit\u00e9 de Traitement des surfaces de GDES r\u00e9compens\u00e9e par la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Nogent pour ses travaux de m\u00e9tallisation.[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]La Unidad de Tratamiento de Superficies de GDES dirigida por Iv\u00e1n Maqueda ha recibido un premio en materia de Seguridad de nuestro cliente EDF, por los excelentes resultados en los trabajos realizados durante la parada 1VD23 de la Central Nuclear de Nogent.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, ejecutado entre el 13 de mayo y el 6 de junio de 2019, fue contratado por EDF como <strong>soluci\u00f3n frente a la erosi\u00f3n y corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong> en los picajes de dos equipos GSS (MSR).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>GDES ha realizado<strong> trabajos de preparaci\u00f3n superficial mediante proyecci\u00f3n abrasiva con esponja, y la <\/strong><strong>a<\/strong><strong>plicaci\u00f3n de un recubrimiento por proyecci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica (metalizaci\u00f3n)<\/strong>. Un verdadero reto para nuestro cliente y para nuestro equipo humano y t\u00e9cnico, debido al reducido espacio de maniobrabilidad y el imperativo tratamiento manual de la superficie a tratar. Con esta medida <strong>se ha impedido el avance de la corrosi\u00f3n y la costosa parada no programada del equipo<\/strong> para su reparaci\u00f3n, inevitable ante una p\u00e9rdida de espesor.<\/p>\n<p>Este premio en materia de seguridad es el tercero que nos otorga EDF tras el galard\u00f3n en \u2018Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales\u2019 por los trabajos en la Central Nuclear de Blayais de 2013 y el de \u2018Mejor Obra en Materia de Seguridad\u2019 otorgado en 2011 por los trabajos desarrollados en la Central Nuclear de Bugey. Se suma, adem\u00e1s, al reciente reconocimiento de nuestro cliente por el proyecto de Metalizaci\u00f3n en la Central Nuclear de Civaux, Francia.<\/p>\n<p>Los puntos m\u00e1s valorados para la obtenci\u00f3n de este premio han sido:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mantenimiento de los sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n continua del edificio del reactor.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1rea de construcci\u00f3n bien delimitada, limpia y ordenada.<\/li>\n<li>Buena gesti\u00f3n de los riesgos relacionados con los trabajos en espacios confinados.<\/li>\n<li>Buena gesti\u00f3n del riesgo en el manejo de cargas suspendidas.<\/li>\n<li>Buena gesti\u00f3n del riesgo de incendio.<\/li>\n<li>Correcta utilizaci\u00f3n de los EPI.<\/li>\n<li>Ninguna incidencia de seguridad declarada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El principal \u00e9xito del servicio ha sido tanto la soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica aportada como la seguridad y calidad de los trabajos; adapt\u00e1ndose a las necesidades y dificultades del proyecto. Hecho demostrado tras la felicitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de nuestro cliente, EDF, a trav\u00e9s del premio que nos ha otorgado en materia de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4971 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/07\/thumbnail-1-1024x513.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"376\" \/>[:en]The Surface Treatment Business Unit, headed by Iv\u00e1n Maqueda, has received a safety award from our client EDF for the excellent results in the work carried out during outage 1VD23 at the Nogent Nuclear Power Plant.<\/p>\n<p>The project, carried out between 13 May and 6 June 2019, was commissioned by EDF as a <strong>solution to the erosion and corrosion<\/strong> of drain nozzles in two MSRs.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>GDES carried out <strong>surface preparation work using abrasive sponge blasting and applied a thermal spray coating (metallisation)<\/strong>. A significant challenge for our client and for our human and technical team, due to the limited space for manoeuvre and the requirement for manual treatment of the surface. This method <strong>prevented further corrosion and the costly unscheduled stoppage of the equipment<\/strong> for repair work that had become inevitable due to wall thinning.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third award presented to us by EDF after the \u201cPrevention of Occupational Risks\u201d award for the work at the Blayais Nuclear Power Plant in 2013 and the \u201cBest Safety Work\u201d awarded in 2011 for the works carried out at the Bugey Nuclear Power Plant. It adds to the recent recognition from our client for the metallisation project at the Civaux Nuclear Power Plant in France.<\/p>\n<p>The most highly rated aspects for this award were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance of the continuous ventilation systems of the reactor building.<\/li>\n<li>Well-defined works area, clean and tidy.<\/li>\n<li>Good management of risks related to working in confined spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Good risk management in the handling of suspended loads.<\/li>\n<li>Good management of fire risk.<\/li>\n<li>Correct use of PPE.<\/li>\n<li>No reported safety incident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main achievements on this project were the technical solution and the safety and quality of the work, adapting to the needs and difficulties of the project. This has been demonstrated by the public commendation from our client, EDF, through the safety award that it has presented to us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4971 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/07\/thumbnail-1-1024x513.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"376\" \/>[:fr]Le B.U. de traitement des surfaces de GDES dirig\u00e9 par Iv\u00e1n Maqueda a re\u00e7u un prix en mati\u00e8re de s\u00fbret\u00e9 de la part de notre client EDF, pour les excellents r\u00e9sultats des travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s lors de l&#8217;arr\u00eat 1VD23 de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Nogent.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 entre le 13 mai et le 6 juin 2019, a \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9 par EDF comme <strong>solution contre l&#8217;\u00e9rosion et la corrosion<\/strong> sur les piquages de deux \u00e9quipements GSS.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>GDES a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des <strong>travaux de pr\u00e9paration de surface par projection abrasive \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ponge et l&#8217;<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong><strong>pplication d&#8217;un rev\u00eatement par projection thermique\u00a0 (m\u00e9tallisation)<\/strong>. Un v\u00e9ritable challenge pour notre client et pour notre \u00e9quipe humaine et technique, en raison de l&#8217;espace de man\u0153uvre r\u00e9duit et du traitement manuel imp\u00e9ratif de la surface \u00e0 traiter. Cette mesure <strong>a emp\u00each\u00e9 la progression de la corrosion et l&#8217;arr\u00eat co\u00fbteux non programm\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9quipement<\/strong> pour r\u00e9paration, in\u00e9vitable en cas de perte d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9compense dans le domaine de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 est la troisi\u00e8me d\u00e9cern\u00e9e par EDF apr\u00e8s le prix \u00ab\u00a0Pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels\u00a0\u00bb pour les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Blayais en 2013 et le prix\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Meilleurs travaux en mati\u00e8re de s\u00fbret\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb attribu\u00e9 en 2011 pour les ouvrages r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Bugey. \u00c0 cela s&#8217;ajoute \u00e9galement la r\u00e9cente reconnaissance de notre client pour le projet de m\u00e9tallisation dans la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Civaux, en France.<\/p>\n<p>Les aspects les mieux not\u00e9s pour ce prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance des syst\u00e8mes de ventilation continue du b\u00e2timent du r\u00e9acteur.<\/li>\n<li>Zone de construction bien d\u00e9limit\u00e9e, propre et ordonn\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Bonne gestion des risques li\u00e9s au travail dans des espaces confin\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Bonne gestion des risques lors de la manutention de charges suspendues.<\/li>\n<li>Bonne gestion des risques d&#8217;incendie.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisation correcte des EPI.<\/li>\n<li>Aucun incident de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le principal succ\u00e8s du service a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois la solution technique fournie et la s\u00fbret\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des travaux, solution adapt\u00e9e aux besoins et aux difficult\u00e9s du projet.
