No solo por el car\u00e1cter pionero de esta operaci\u00f3n, sino porque tambi\u00e9n introduce a GDES France como proveedor de servicios para EDF en zona controlada.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ms-OverflowSet ms-CommandBar-primaryCommand primarySet-159\" role=\"presentation\">\n<p><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4844 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/05\/52508.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"158\" \/><\/strong>El objetivo de este proyecto ha sido desarrollar y cualificar un proceso que asegure la eliminaci\u00f3n de los dep\u00f3sitos y\/o guijarros de \u00f3xido de hierro y silicio presentes en las partes visibles de la placa tubular.El fin, obtener en el marco de la inspecci\u00f3n decenal de los intercambiadores RRA\/RHR, una superficie visible que permita detectar defectos y deterioros tales como la corrosi\u00f3n o la aparici\u00f3n de grietas sin aumentar los dep\u00f3sitos en las partes no visibles de la placa. Este servicio se ha realizado bajo el control de la\u00a0<b>Autorit\u00e9 de S\u00fbret\u00e9 Nucl\u00e9aire<\/b>\u00a0(Autoridad de Seguridad Nuclear francesa) ya que supone un novedoso contrato para EDF.<\/p>\n<p>La inspecci\u00f3n de los intercambiadores RRA se realiza cada 10 &#8211; 20 a\u00f1os y hasta hoy no ha sido necesaria una intervenci\u00f3n de este tipo para su ejecuci\u00f3n. La operaci\u00f3n contratada a GDES France\u00a0<b>se ha realizado bajo una fase de pruebas de homologaci\u00f3n para verificar la eficacia, la inocuidad y el modo de operaci\u00f3n<\/b>. Tras la finalizaci\u00f3n de los trabajos, los servicios prestados por GDES han sido calificados por EDF como un \u00e9xito. Nuestro cliente ha destacado especialmente en su informe FEP (<i><u>fiches d&#8217;\u00e9valuation des prestataires<\/u><\/i>) las relaciones t\u00e9cnico-comerciales, los recursos empleados, la gesti\u00f3n del proyecto y su planificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[:en]GDES France was engaged in 2018 to\u00a0<b>eliminate deposits from the Residual Heat Removal (RHR) System exchangers of the Primary Circuit cooling system at the BLAYAIS Nuclear Power Plant &#8211; Unit 2. The work, executed in March 2019, <\/b>was a crucial milestone for GDES France. Not only because of the pioneering nature of this service, but also because it introduces GDES France to EDF as a service provider for works in controlled areas. The goal of this project was to develop and certify a process that will remove iron oxide and silicon fouling from the visible parts of the tube plate.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4844 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/05\/52508.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"158\" \/>The objective, within the framework of the ten-year inspection of the RHR exchangers, was to obtain a visible surface that enables defects and deterioration, such as corrosion or the appearance of cracks, to be detected without an increase in deposits on the non-visible parts of the plate. This service was carried out under the control of the\u00a0<b>Autorit\u00e9 de S\u00fbret\u00e9 Nucl\u00e9aire<\/b>(French Nuclear Safety Authority), since it was a novel service for EDF. The inspection of the RHR exchangers is carried out every 10-20 years and an intervention of this type has not previously been executed. The service contracted to GDES France\u00a0<b>was carried out under an approval testing phase to verify efficacy, safety and mode of operation<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>After completion of the works, the services provided by GDES have been rated by EDF as a success. Our client, in its FEP supplier assessment (<i>fiches d\u2019\u00e9valuation des prestataires<\/i>), especially highlighted the technical and commercial relations, the resources used, the management of the project and its planning.[:fr]GDES France a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un contrat en 2018 pour l&#8217;<strong>\u00e9limination des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts dans les \u00e9changeurs RRA (Syst\u00e8me de refroidissement du r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 l&#8217;arr\u00eat) du circuit primaire de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de BLAYAIS -Tranche 2. Les travaux, ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s en mars 2019<\/strong> , ont constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape cruciale pour GDES France. Non seulement en raison du caract\u00e8re pionnier de cette op\u00e9ration, mais aussi parce qu&#8217;il introduit GDES France en tant que prestataire de services d&#8217;EDF en zone contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4844 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/05\/52508.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"158\" \/><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objet de ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper et de qualifier un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 qui permettra d\u2019assurer l\u2019\u00e9limination des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts d&#8217;oxyde de fer et de silice pr\u00e9sents sur les parties visibles de la plaque tubulaire. Le but est d&#8217;obtenir, dans le cadre de l\u2019inspection d\u00e9cennale de ces \u00e9changeurs RRA, une surface visible permettant de d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts et les d\u00e9gradations de type corrosion ou fissuration sans augmenter l\u2019encrassement dans les parties non visibles de la plaque. Cette expertise a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise au contr\u00f4le de l\u2019<strong>Autorit\u00e9 de S\u00fbret\u00e9 Nucl\u00e9aire<\/strong>, car il s&#8217;agit d\u2019une nouvelle op\u00e9ration pour EDF. Les \u00e9changeurs RRA sont inspect\u00e9s tous les 10 \u00e0 20 ans et aucune intervention de ce type n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. L\u2019op\u00e9ration confi\u00e9e \u00e0 GDES France <strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le cadre d&#8217;une phase de tests d&#8217;homologation pour v\u00e9rifier son efficacit\u00e9, innocuit\u00e9 et mode d&#8217;exploitation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;issue des travaux, notre proposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9e par EDF de succ\u00e8s.
