As\u00ed mismo, GDES ha decidido dar un paso m\u00e1s y seguir impulsando\u00a0el fomento de la Cultura para la Seguridad con nuevas iniciativas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b><i>SAFETY II: EL NUEVO ENFOQUE EN POSITIVO DE LA SEGURIDAD Y DEL FACTOR HUMANO<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>GDES ha puesto en marcha la implantaci\u00f3n progresiva de la filosof\u00eda SAFETY II<b>\u00a0<\/b>en sus equipos de trabajo. Un nuevo enfoque de la seguridad, positiva y colaborativa, centrada en lo que se hace bien y aquello que logra mantener la siniestralidad laboral a cero.<\/p>\n<p>SAFETY II<b>\u00a0<\/b>supone una metodolog\u00eda de trabajo complementaria al programa RedER que pone el foco en las buenas pr\u00e1cticas a 3 niveles: Seguridad Industrial, Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales y Factor Humano.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5219 size-medium\" title=\"GDES_Safety II\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Cartel_SafetyII-300x241.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"241\" \/>El equipo del Proyecto \u2018<i>Citernes<\/i>\u2019, proyecto que GDES France desarrolla por numerosas centrales de EDF, ha sido pionero en su adopci\u00f3n. Su implantaci\u00f3n ha sido un \u00e9xito, sin duda, gracias a la implicaci\u00f3n de todos los operarios y t\u00e9cnicos que han participado.<\/p>\n<p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con todo el personal que forma parte del proyecto se han recogido y depurado 11 buenas pr\u00e1cticas ejemplares.\u00a0Todas las iniciativas recogidas suponen el reconocimiento a la calidad del trabajo de nuestros compa\u00f1eros y al Factor Humano que garantiza \u201cque todo vaya bien\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La implantaci\u00f3n de esta metodolog\u00eda supone un cambio de paradigma en el que no solo se habla del \u201cerror humano\u201d sino tambi\u00e9n del \u201c<b>acierto humano<\/b>\u201d. El objetivo es la puesta en valor de los comportamientos positivos del d\u00eda a d\u00eda que demuestran actitudes seguras y enfatizan\u00ad una aproximaci\u00f3n positiva sobre el abordaje de la Seguridad. A new positive and collaborative approach to safety focused on what is done well and what keeps the workplace accident rate at zero.<\/p>\n<p>SAFETY II is a working methodology that complements the RedER programme and focuses on good practices on three levels: workplace safety, accident prevention and the human factor.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5219 size-medium\" title=\"GDES_Safety II\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Cartel_SafetyII-300x241.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"241\" \/>The team of the\u00a0<i>Citernes<\/i>\u00a0project, developed by GDES France for several EDF plants, has pioneered the adoption of this system. There is no doubt that it has been successfully implemented thanks to the involvement of all participating operators and technicians.<\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with all the staff involved in the project, 11 good practices were compiled and refined. All the initiatives are a recognition of the quality of the work of our colleagues and the human factor, which guarantees \u201cthat all goes well\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation of this methodology means a change of paradigm: we now not only talk about \u201chuman error\u201d but also about \u201c<b>human success<\/b>\u201d. The objective is to promote positive day-to-day behaviours that demonstrate safe attitudes and emphasise a positive approach to safety. The SAFETY II philosophy will be gradually implemented in more GDES projects and workplaces worldwide.
