Con una duraci\u00f3n de 34 d\u00edas ha permitido la \u00abcontinua modernizaci\u00f3n\u00bb de la central, y se ha desarrollado \u00abcon normalidad\u00bb, seg\u00fan ha se\u00f1alado Iberdrola.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la recarga se han sustituido 252 elementos de combustible y se han completado 11.000 trabajos. Entre los m\u00faltiples servicios de soporte y mantenimiento efectuados por GDES destacan 2 que son novedosos para la central:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>GDES Innovation implanta en la central nuclear de Cofrentes el Sistema \u2018VIGIA\u2019 para la monitorizaci\u00f3n y control de materiales en zonas FME.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5199\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Vigia-diagrama.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"747\" height=\"416\" \/><\/p>\n<p>GDES Innovation ha implantado durante la 22\u00aa recarga de la central nuclear de Cofrentes su innovador desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico <strong>VIGIA<\/strong>, un sistema <em>hardware<\/em> y <em>software<\/em> para el <strong>control y monitorizaci\u00f3n de materiales en zonas FME<\/strong> (<em>Foreign Material Exclusion<\/em>) <strong>mediante<\/strong> <strong>tecnolog\u00eda inal\u00e1mbrica RFID<\/strong> (<em>Radio Frequency Identification)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Formado por dos balizas m\u00f3viles, dos unidades port\u00e1tiles de lectura y diferentes tipos de <em>tags<\/em> (etiquetas) para clasificar e identificar cualquier material, VIGIA proporciona un control total del aporte de herramientas a planta de recarga, especialmente en la cavidad del reactor, asegurando la <strong>trazabilidad en tiempo real<\/strong> de las mismas de forma automatizada y r\u00e1pida. El control de VIGIA sobre las herramientas y equipos se realiza al \u201cpaso\u201d de sus balizas e incluso obtiene varios registros simult\u00e1neos sin necesidad de p\u00e9rdidas de tiempo ni registros manuales en los accesos y salidas de los operarios y t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta soluci\u00f3n aporta a las centrales el <strong>conocimiento permanente y en tiempo real de las herramientas introducidas en zonas FME, y el personal que las aporta, as\u00ed como la b\u00fasqueda selectiva en caso de posible p\u00e9rdida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como valor a\u00f1adido y aspecto diferenciador esta innovaci\u00f3n desarrollada por GDES Innovation aporta datos actualizados permanentemente, lecturas simult\u00e1neas, lecturas al paso (\u201cal vuelo\u201d), informaci\u00f3n digitalizada (gr\u00e1fica, caracter\u00edsticas, propiedad, etc.), recogida de informaci\u00f3n para an\u00e1lisis posteriores (n\u00famero de personas, tiempos, tipos de herramientas, detecci\u00f3n de incidencias, etc.), b\u00fasqueda selectiva de herramientas no localizadas y, en general, es una soluci\u00f3n abierta a m\u00faltiples y diversas aplicaciones a medida de cada cliente.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la central nuclear de Cofrentes se instalaron dos balizas VIGIA durante su recarga. El acceso a planta de recarga produjo 45.000 registros en tiempo real y el acceso a cavidad 16.000 registros, durante los 34 d\u00edas que duraron los trabajos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5200 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Vigia_Operario.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"937\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones en torres de refrigeraci\u00f3n de CNC<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Iberdrola ha contratado a GD Energy Services para realizar el servicio de\u00a0<strong>eliminaci\u00f3n de dep\u00f3sitos y adherencias<\/strong><strong>\u00a0del interior de las torres de refrigeraci\u00f3n de tiro natural<\/strong>, durante la 22\u00aa parada programada por recarga de combustible, de la\u00a0<strong>central nuclear de Cofrentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-large wp-image-5198\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Torres-CNC-1-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"563\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El alcance principal de este servicio implica la eliminaci\u00f3n de\u00a0todas las incrustaciones (principalmente carbonato c\u00e1lcico) depositadas y\/o adheridas en el sistema de distribuci\u00f3n de agua interior de las torres de refrigeraci\u00f3n Este y Oeste de la Central.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la realizaci\u00f3n de este servicio GDES ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda ad-hoc, <\/strong>testada y verificada, con \u00fatiles de desincrustaci\u00f3n mediante agua a presi\u00f3n dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente para esta aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La eliminaci\u00f3n de los dep\u00f3sitos y adherencias supone una mejora del rendimiento de la instalaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de sus condiciones \u00f3ptimas de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En este servicio han participado<strong> alrededor de 40 operarios especializados<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>en mantenimiento industrial y trabajos verticales. <\/strong>Su alcance se ha centrado en el tratamiento en el interior y exterior de las tuber\u00edas de distribuci\u00f3n de las torres de refrigeraci\u00f3n, el tratamiento de los difusores bajo tuber\u00edas y vigas artesas, la sustituci\u00f3n de los componentes (relleno, tuber\u00edas y dispersores) y la gesti\u00f3n de residuos generados en este proceso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:en]Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant, in Valencia, completed its 22nd refuelling outage on 5 December. The 34-day period has enabled \u201congoing modernisation\u201d of the plant, and was conducted under \u201cnormal\u201d conditions, according to Iberdrola.<\/p>\n<p>During the refuelling outage, 252 fuel elements were replaced, and 11,000 tasks completed. Among the many support and maintenance services provided by GDES, two that are new to the plant stand out:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>GDES Innovation implements the \u201cVIGIA\u201d System to monitor and control materials in FME zones at Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5199\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Vigia-diagrama.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"747\" height=\"416\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the 22nd refuelling outage at Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant, GDES Innovation implemented its innovative technological solution, <strong>VIGIA<\/strong>, a hardware and software system to <strong>control and monitor materials in FME (Foreign Material Exclusion) zones using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) wireless technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Comprising two mobile beacons, two handheld scanners and different tags to classify and identify any material, VIGIA provides total control over the supply of tools to the refuelling area, especially in the reactor cavity, ensuring fast, automated <strong>real-time traceability<\/strong>. The VIGIA beacons automatically log the tools and equipment and can even log several items simultaneously without the time-consuming need for operators and technicians to do it manually as they enter and exit.<\/p>\n<p>This solution provides power plants with <strong>permanent, real-time knowledge of the tools taken into FME zones and the staff that take them, and can track specific tools if lost<\/strong>.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an added value that sets this new solution from GDES Innovation apart, it provides constantly updated data, simultaneous logging, automatic logging at entry\/exit, digitised information (graphics, features, properties, etc.), data collection for subsequent analysis (number of people, times, types of tools, incident detection, etc.), targeted tracking of misplaced tools, and, in general terms, it is open to multiple and diverse applications tailored to each client.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of Cofrentes NPP, two VIGIA beacons were installed during the refuelling outage. Access to the refuelling area produced 45,000 real-time log entries and access to the cavity 16,000 log entries during the 34 days of work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5200 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Vigia_Operario.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"937\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Removal of fouling from the Cofrentes NPP cooling towers<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Iberdrola engaged the services of GD Energy Services to <strong>remove scale and fouling from the inside of the natural draught cooling towers<\/strong> during the 22nd scheduled refuelling outage at <strong>Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant<\/strong>.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-large wp-image-5198\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/01\/Torres-CNC-1-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"563\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The main aim of this service was to eliminate all fouling and scale (mainly calcium carbonate) on the internal water distribution system of the East and West cooling towers of the power plant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To perform this service, GDES developed an ad-hoc methodology, <\/strong>tested and verified, with descaling tools that use high-pressure water, designed specifically for this application.<\/p>\n<p>The elimination of fouling and scale improves system performance and maintains optimal operating conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Around 40 operators who are specialists in industrial maintenance and rope access work<\/strong> were involved in this service.
