Lo que demuestra la confianza del cliente en GDES y en la calidad de este servicio que ayuda a la operaci\u00f3n a largo plazo y el mantenimiento preventivo de sus centrales.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, la metalizaci\u00f3n realizada por GDES sobre los picajes localizados en los GSS \/MSR\u00a0les ha dotado de una capa protectora para decelerar el proceso natural de erosi\u00f3n-corrosi\u00f3n de este tipo de equipos, que trabajan a presi\u00f3n. Para ello, los trabajos se efectuaron durante el periodo de recarga de la Unidad 2 de la Central Nuclear de Belleville.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la delimitaci\u00f3n de la zona a tratar y realizar un confinamiento de la misma, se realiz\u00f3 una preparaci\u00f3n superficial mediante abrasivo (Sponge-Jet) y la aplicaci\u00f3n manual del revestimiento protector<b>\u00a0(metalizaci\u00f3n).\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Un verdadero reto humano y t\u00e9cnico para nuestro cliente y para nuestro equipo debido al reducido espacio de maniobrabilidad.\u00a0Con esta medida\u00a0<b>se ha impedido el avance de la corrosi\u00f3n y la costosa parada programada del equipo<\/b>\u00a0para su reparaci\u00f3n o sustituci\u00f3n, inevitable ante una p\u00e9rdida de espesor.[:en]The project, carried out during October 2019, was commissioned by EDF as a\u00a0<b>solution to the erosion and corrosion<\/b>\u00a0of drain nozzles in two MSRs at the Belleville Nuclear Power Plant (France).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It is the fourth intervention of this type that we have undertaken for EDF in France (Bugey, Nogent, Dampierre and Belleville). It demonstrates GDES client\u2019s confidence in us and in the quality of the service, which contributes to long-term operations and to the preventive maintenance of their plants.<\/p>\n<p>Metallisation of the drain nozzles in the MSRs has provided them with a protective layer to slow down the natural erosion and corrosion processes of this type of equipment, which works under pressure. The work was carried out by GDES during the refuelling outage of Unit 2 of the Belleville Nuclear Power Plant.<\/p>\n<p>Having marked out and contained the area to be treated, a Sponge-Jet surface preparation was carried out, followed by manual application of the protective coating (<b>metallisation<\/b>). A significant human and technical challenge for our client and for team due to the limited space for manoeuvre. The method applied\u00a0<b>avoided further corrosion and the costly unscheduled stoppage of the MSR<\/b>\u00a0for repair work that had become inevitable due to wall thinning.[:fr]Le projet, ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 au cours du mois d&#8217;octobre 2019, a \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9 par EDF comme\u00a0<b>solution contre les probl\u00e9matiques d&#8217;\u00e9rosion et corrosion\u00a0<\/b>sur les piquages\u00a0de deux \u00e9quipements\u00a0GSS\u00a0de la Centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Belleville.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit de la quatri\u00e8me intervention de ce type que nous r\u00e9alisons pour EDF en France (Bugey, Nogent, Dampierre et Belleville). Cela d\u00e9montre la confiance du client en GDES et en la qualit\u00e9 de ce service qui contribue \u00e0 l&#8217;exploitation \u00e0 long terme et \u00e0 la maintenance pr\u00e9ventive de ses installations.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;occurrence, la m\u00e9tallisation r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par GDES sur les piquages situ\u00e9s dans les GSS permet de mettre en \u0153uvre une couche protectrice pour ralentir le processus naturel d&#8217;\u00e9rosion et de corrosion de ce type d&#8217;\u00e9quipement, qui fonctionne sous pression. Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019\u00e2rret de la tranche 2 de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Belleville.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9limit\u00e9 et confin\u00e9 la zone \u00e0 traiter, une pr\u00e9paration de surface a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un abrasif (Sponge-jet) suivi de l\u2019application manuelle du rev\u00eatement protecteur<b>\u00a0(m\u00e9tallisation).\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Un v\u00e9ritable challenge humain et technique pour notre client et pour notre \u00e9quipe, en raison de l&#8217;espace confin\u00e9 r\u00e9duit.
