Este sistema, desarrollado y homologado por GDES, conlleva un acuerdo de exclusividad para su aplicaci\u00f3n en todo el parque nuclear propiedad de EDF.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5111 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/1-300x254.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"254\" \/>Una vez optimizado y caracterizado, el sistema de revestimiento <strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong> ha sido aplicado por GDES en las centrales nucleares <strong>Cattenom 3, Flamanville 1 y 2<\/strong>, donde bajo el Proyecto Extrados, se han tratado<strong> 10.500 m2<\/strong> de superficie entre los a\u00f1os<strong> 2016-2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este gran proyecto se ha desarrollado para EDF dentro del programa \u2018Grand Car\u00e9nage\u2019 y ha representado una soluci\u00f3n para la ampliaci\u00f3n de la vida \u00fatil de las centrales nucleares tratadas.<\/p>\n<p>El contrato de ejecuci\u00f3n Extrados, valorado en 26 millones de euros, ha contado con 4 intervenciones diferenciadas. Han trabajado una media de 180 personas formadas expresamente por GDES para cada intervenci\u00f3n y se ha aportado un total de 200.000 horas hombre acumuladas en los cuatro a\u00f1os que ha supuesto el estudio, dise\u00f1o, homologaci\u00f3n del sistema <strong>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/strong> y ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos.<\/p>\n<p>La verificaci\u00f3n de la eficacia de este innovador sistema de revestimiento se ha llevado a cabo por el cliente, mediante pruebas de presi\u00f3n, tanto de resistencia como de estanqueidad, en los diferentes edificios de contenci\u00f3n tratados. La \u00faltima prueba, realizada en <strong>Flamanville 2<\/strong>, se ha realizado en septiembre de 2019 y, como en todas las pruebas anteriores, se ha cumplido con \u00e9xito los criterios y exigencias emitidos por la Agencia de Seguridad Nuclear (ASN) y EDF.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto Extrados ha demostrado, a gran escala, la capacidad de GDES para organizar y coordinar los medios humanos necesarios para intervenir directamente en fases de operaci\u00f3n complejas en el parque nuclear franc\u00e9s. La capacidad en innovaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de GDES a la hora de desarrollar soluciones reales a un problema concreto y complejo, cumpliendo las exigencias definidas por el cliente. Y el \u00e9xito de la internacionalizaci\u00f3n del grupo GDES, destacando la capacidad de colaboraci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n interna entre los diferentes departamentos y territorios de actuaci\u00f3n del Grupo.<\/p>\n<p>GDES lleva varios a\u00f1os trabajando en el pa\u00eds vecino y actualmente centra su actividad en tratamiento de superficies, gesti\u00f3n de residuos, limpiezas qu\u00edmicas, desmantelamiento y proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos de ingenier\u00eda para la industria nuclear.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad Comercial de GDES en Francia comenz\u00f3 en 2007 y se consolid\u00f3 como una de las principales apuestas internacionales del grupo en 2016 con la adquisici\u00f3n de la divisi\u00f3n nuclear-industrial de Erba, especialista en pinturas industriales y revestimientos anticorrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>GDES es adem\u00e1s la \u00fanica empresa de origen espa\u00f1ol poseedora de la autorizaci\u00f3n CAEAR para trabajar para el CEA franc\u00e9s y la segunda no francesa en adquirirla.<\/p>\n<p>Los excelentes resultados obtenidos junto a los reconocimientos de nuestro cliente en las diferentes pruebas de presi\u00f3n del proyecto Extrados, nos posicionan como un proveedor de referencia en servicios de pinturas y tratamientos de superficies especializados en el sector nuclear franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5114 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"760\" height=\"846\" \/>[:en]EDF, owner of all nuclear power plants in France, initiated the Extrados project to improve leak-tightness on concrete enclosures that are subject to pressure in several of its nuclear power plants.<\/p>\n<p>To provide an alternative solution to existing systems in the market,\u00a0<b>GDES<\/b>\u00a0undertook an\u00a0<b>innovation project<\/b>\u00a0to design a\u00a0<b>new coating system for the leak-tightness of double-walled containment structures in the reactor building<\/b>\u00a0(<strong>SIKAWRAP 230C SYSTEM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/b>\u00a0was designed to be applied to the external face of the internal containment structure (Extrados) and to improve leak-tightness, resistance to backpressure, and good adhesion to concrete walls. This system, developed and approved by GDES, benefits from an exclusive agreement for application on all nuclear power plants owned by EDF.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5111 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/1-300x254.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"254\" \/>Once optimised and characterised, the\u00a0<b>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/b>\u00a0coating system was applied by GDES at the\u00a0<b><i>Cattenom 3<\/i><\/b>,\u00a0<b><i>Flamanville 1 and 2<\/i><\/b>\u00a0nuclear power plants; under the Extrados Project,\u00a0<b>10,500 m2<\/b>\u00a0of surface area were treated between 2016-2019.<\/p>\n<p>This major project was developed for EDF within the \u201cGrand Car\u00e9nage\u201d programme and represents a solution for extending the life of the nuclear power plants that have been treated.<\/p>\n<p>The Extrados contract, valued at 26 million euros, entailed 4 different interventions. An average of 180 people, specifically trained by GDES, worked on each intervention and a total of 200,000 man-hours have been accumulated in the four years of study, design, approval of the\u00a0<b>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/b>\u00a0system and execution of the works.<\/p>\n<p>Our client has verified the effectiveness of this innovative coating system by means of pressure tests \u2013 for both resistance and leak-tightness \u2013 on all the treated containment buildings. The last test, on\u00a0<b><i>Flamanville 2<\/i><\/b>, was performed in September 2019 and, as in all previous tests, the criteria and requirements issued by the French Nuclear Safety Agency (ASN) and EDF were successfully met.<\/p>\n<p>The Extrados project has demonstrated the capacity of GDES, on a large scale, to organise and coordinate the human resources required to participate in the phases of complex operations in French nuclear power plants. GDES has shown its capacity for technical innovation in developing real solutions to a specific and complex problem, meeting the requirements specified by the customer. It is also testament to the successful internationalisation of the GDES group with, in particular, its capacity for collaboration and internal organisation between the different departments and locations in which the Group operates.<\/p>\n<p>GDES has been working in France for several years and is currently focusing on surface treatment, waste management, chemical cleaning, decommissioning and engineering technology projects for the nuclear industry.<\/p>\n<p>Its commercial division has been active in France since 2007 and was consolidated as one of the group\u2019s main international commitments in 2016 with the acquisition of the nuclear-industrial division of Erba, a specialist in industrial painting and anti-corrosion coatings.<\/p>\n<p>GDES is also the only Spanish company to hold CAEAR certification to undertake services for CEA (the Atomic Energy Commission) in France and the second non-French company to acquire it.<\/p>\n<p>The excellent results together with our client\u2019s commendation after the pressure tests carried out on the Extrados project have positioned us as a leading supplier of specialised painting services and surface treatments in the French nuclear sector.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5114 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/11\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"760\" height=\"846\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:fr]EDF, propri\u00e9taire de l&#8217;ensemble des centrales nucl\u00e9aires en France, a initi\u00e9 le projet\u00a0<i>Extrados\u00a0<\/i>pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des enceintes en b\u00e9ton sous pression dans plusieurs de ses centrales nucl\u00e9aires.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&#8217;apporter une solution alternative aux syst\u00e8mes existants sur le march\u00e9,\u00a0<b>GDES<\/b>\u00a0a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un\u00a0<b>projet d&#8217;innovation<\/b>\u00a0visant \u00e0 concevoir un\u00a0<strong>nouveau syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des enceintes \u00e0 double paroi dans le b\u00e2timent du r\u00e9acteur<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>SYST\u00c8ME SIKAWRAP 230C)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b>SIKAWRAP 230C<\/b>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur la face externe du confinement int\u00e9rieur (Extrados) et pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la contre-pression et la bonne adh\u00e9rence sur les parois en b\u00e9ton. Le dernier test a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0<b><i>Flamanville 2<\/i><\/b>\u00a0en septembre 2019 et, comme pour tous les tests pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, les crit\u00e8res et exigences de l&#8217;Autorit\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire (ASN) et d&#8217;EDF ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet\u00a0<i>Extrados<\/i>\u00a0a d\u00e9montr\u00e9, \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, la capacit\u00e9 de GDES \u00e0 organiser et coordonner les ressources humaines n\u00e9cessaires pour intervenir directement dans des phases complexes d&#8217;exploitation du parc nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7ais. GDES a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 sa capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;innovation technique en d\u00e9veloppant des solutions r\u00e9elles \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me sp\u00e9cifique et complexe, r\u00e9pondant aux exigences d\u00e9finies par le client.
