Dentro de los trabajos de esta \u00faltima fase se inicia ahora el desmantelamiento de la ic\u00f3nica c\u00fapula de la Central Nuclear Jos\u00e9 Cabrera lo que cambiar\u00e1 radicalmente la fisonom\u00eda externa de la planta.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de demolici\u00f3n del edificio del reactor y el almac\u00e9n 1 de la Central Nuclear de Jos\u00e9 Cabrera, en el que<strong> participa GDES como apoyo a la UTE MONLAINRE<\/strong> (empresa adjudicataria de este contrato), tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 18 meses y se trata del segundo contrato en volumen econ\u00f3mico desde que comenzaron los trabajos de desmantelamiento de la central en 2010, con un valor estimado de 10 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>La Central Nuclear Jos\u00e9 Cabrera fue<b> la primera que se construy\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a<\/b>. Su construcci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 en julio de 1965 y dur\u00f3 tres a\u00f1os. En agosto de 1969 se inici\u00f3 su explotaci\u00f3n comercial, que finaliz\u00f3 en mayo de 2006, con <b>38 a\u00f1os de funcionamiento<\/b>, la producci\u00f3n de 35.530 millones de KWh y la contribuci\u00f3n a evitar la emisi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 32 millones de toneladas de CO2 a la atm\u00f3sfera.<\/p>\n<p>En 2012 el desmantelamiento de la central lleg\u00f3 a uno de los puntos m\u00e1s importantes de todo el proyecto: la segmentaci\u00f3n de los componentes internos y de la vasija del reactor \u00a0Fue la primera vez que se realizaba en Espa\u00f1a un desmantelamiento de estas caracter\u00edsticas. En este proyecto particip\u00f3 la UTE Monlain (GDES \u2013 Moncobra) como apoyo a Westinghouse, cuyo trabajo fue un \u00e9xito \u00a0reconocido por el titular de la Central, \u00a0Enresa. En 2018, culmin\u00f3 el desmontaje de la chimenea del evaporador de la Central y supuso , seg\u00fan Enresa, \u00a0\u00a0alcanzar el 86 % de la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto de desmantelamiento.[:en]The Jos\u00e9 Cabrera nuclear power plant, better known as \u201cZorita\u201d will enter the final stage of decommissioning once radiological dismantling and building decontamination have been completed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The project includes conventional demolitions of the facility\u2019s structures and buildings (including the reactor building) with heavy machinery, the extraction of specific embedded elements (radiologically contaminated pipes and\/or points), cutting with diamond wire, characterisation and classification of waste for processing. As part of the work in this last phase, the dismantling of the iconic dome of the Jos\u00e9 Cabrera nuclear power plant is now commencing, which will radically change the external appearance of the plant.<\/p>\n<p>The project to demolish the reactor building and storage facility 1 of the Jos\u00e9 Cabrera nuclear power plant, in which <b>GDES<\/b> is participating\u00a0in support of the UTE MONLAINRE (temporary joint arrangement that\u00a0awarded this contract), will take 18 months and is the second biggest contract, in financial terms, since decommissioning of the plant began in 2010, with an estimated value of 10 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Cabrera nuclear power plant was the <b>first to be built in Spain<\/b>. Construction began in July 1965 and lasted three years. Commercial operation of the plant began in August 1969 and ceased in May 2006, after <b>38 years of operation<\/b>, producing 35.53 billion KWh and preventing the emission of more than 32 million tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, the decommissioning of the plant arrived at one of the most crucial moments of the entire project: the opening of the reactor vessel lid and the segmentation of its internal components. It was the first time that a decommissioning task of this nature had been undertaken in Spain. With the participation of UTE Monlain (a temporary joint arrangement between GDES and Moncobra), providing support to Westinghouse, the project was a success, as recognised by Enresa, the owner of the power plant. In 2018, <b>dismantling of the plant\u2019s ventilation stack was completed and, according to Enresa<\/b>, the plant\u2019s owner since 2010, 86% of the decommissioning project had been executed.[:fr]La centrale nucl\u00e9aire Jos\u00e9 Cabrera, plus connue sous le nom de <i>Zorita<\/i>, en sera \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape finale de son d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement une fois termin\u00e9s les d\u00e9montages radiologiques et la d\u00e9contamination des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le projet consiste en la d\u00e9molition conventionnelle des structures de l&#8217;installation et des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de machines lourdes (y compris le b\u00e2timent du r\u00e9acteur), l&#8217;extraction d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ments sp\u00e9cifiques encastr\u00e9s (tuyaux et\/ou points radiologiquement contamin\u00e9s), la d\u00e9coupe au fil diamant\u00e9, la caract\u00e9risation et la classification des d\u00e9chets \u00e0 traiter. Dans le cadre des travaux de cette derni\u00e8re phase, le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de la coupole embl\u00e9matique de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Jos\u00e9 Cabrera a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9, ce qui modifiera radicalement l&#8217;aspect ext\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de d\u00e9molition du b\u00e2timent du r\u00e9acteur et de l&#8217;entrep\u00f4t 1 de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Jos\u00e9 Cabrera, auquel participe <b>GDES <\/b>en apportant son soutien \u00e0\u00a0UTE MONLAINRE, sur une p\u00e9riode de 18 mois, est le deuxi\u00e8me contrat en volume financier depuis que les travaux de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de la centrale ont commenc\u00e9 en 2010, dont la valeur est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 10 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>La centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Jos\u00e9 Cabrera a \u00e9t\u00e9 <b>la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre construite en Espagne.<\/b> Sa construction a commenc\u00e9 en juillet 1965 et a dur\u00e9 trois ans.
