Cada intervenci\u00f3n ha tenido una duraci\u00f3n media de un mes.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de metalizaci\u00f3n realizado por <strong>GDES<\/strong> en el interior de los GSS dota a estos equipos de una capa protectora para <strong>decelerar el proceso natural de erosi\u00f3n-corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong> que ocurre en el interior de estos equipos. El objetivo es, precisamente, el de impedir este proceso de degradaci\u00f3n y alargar su la vida \u00fatil, evitando una reparaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s costosa o incluso la posibilidad de sustituirlo por estos problemas.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto comienza con la delimitaci\u00f3n y confinamiento de la zona a tratar, para luego realizar una preparaci\u00f3n superficial y la aplicaci\u00f3n del revestimiento protector (metalizaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-6641 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/12\/Metalizaciones-2020-2_-e1609158694691-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los trabajos se han realizado en un a\u00f1o protagonizado por la crisis sanitaria del COVID-19. Estos periodos de ejecuci\u00f3n han coincidido con las dos olas de confinamiento en el pa\u00eds fronterizo. Por ello, se han seguido los protocolos de higiene y seguridad marcados, as\u00ed como la limitaci\u00f3n de movimiento de los profesionales a lo estrictamente necesario.<\/p>\n<p>Estos proyectos de Metalizaci\u00f3n contin\u00faan tras dos a\u00f1os desde que EDF decide por primera vez realizar una intervenci\u00f3n de este tipo en la industria nuclear francesa, y se la conf\u00eda a GDES Revanti. En aquel momento, GDES asumi\u00f3 el reto para la compa\u00f1\u00eda de aportar una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, que requiri\u00f3 de fase previa de estudios y ensayos, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de una maqueta y homologaci\u00f3n del sistema utilizado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:en]During 2020, <strong>GDES Revanti<\/strong> completed four MSR metallisation projects, awarded by EDF at its nuclear power plants in Nogent, Civaux, Bugey and Belleville.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The interventions were carried out over the course of the year by the <strong>GDES Revanti<\/strong> Surface Treatment Unit team led by Iv\u00e1n Maqueda, from March to November, when the projects were completed. Each took an average of one month to complete.<\/p>\n<p>The metallisation process carried out by <strong>GDES<\/strong> inside the MSRs provides them with a protective layer to slow down the natural process of erosion and corrosion that takes place inside this equipment. The aim is precisely to keep this degradation process in check and to extend their service life, thus avoiding much more expensive repairs or even the prospect of replacing them as a result of this problem.<\/p>\n<p>The project begins with the marking out and containment of the area to be treated, followed by surface preparation and application of the protective coating (metallisation).<\/p>\n<p>The work has been carried out in a year marked by the COVID-19 health crisis. These work periods coincided with the two lockdowns in France. For this reason, all health and safety protocols were followed and the movement of workers was limited to the strictly necessary.<\/p>\n<p>These metallisation projects continue two years after EDF first decided to carry out an operation of this type in the French nuclear industry and entrusted the task to GDES Revanti. At that time, GDES took on the challenge of providing the company with a technical solution, which required a preliminary phase of studies and tests and the development of a model and approval of the system to be used.[:fr]<strong>GDES Revanti<\/strong> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au cours de cette ann\u00e9e 2020 quatre interventions pour la M\u00e9tallisation des \u00e9quipements GSS, attribu\u00e9es par EDF dans ses centrales nucl\u00e9aires de Nogent, Civaux, Bugey et Belleville.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces op\u00e9rations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e par l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de l&#8217;Unit\u00e9 de traitement des surfaces de <strong>GDES Revanti<\/strong> dirig\u00e9e par Iv\u00e1n Maqueda, de mars \u00e0 novembre, date \u00e0 laquelle les projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclus. Chaque intervention a dur\u00e9 en moyenne un mois.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus de m\u00e9tallisation r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par <strong>GDES<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des GSS fournit \u00e0 ces \u00e9quipements une couche protectrice pour ralentir le processus naturel d&#8217;\u00e9rosion et de corrosion qui se produit \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. L&#8217;objectif est justement de pr\u00e9venir ce processus de d\u00e9gradation et d&#8217;en prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie, \u00e9vitant ainsi des r\u00e9parations beaucoup plus co\u00fbteuses, voire d\u2019\u00e9ventuels remplacements dus \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet commence par une d\u00e9limitation et un confinement de la zone \u00e0 traiter, puis une pr\u00e9paration de la surface est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et, enfin, le rev\u00eatement protecteur est appliqu\u00e9 (m\u00e9tallisation).<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s au cours d&#8217;une ann\u00e9e marqu\u00e9e par la crise sanitaire de la COVID-19. Ces p\u00e9riodes d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution ont co\u00efncid\u00e9 avec les deux vagues de confinement dans le pays voisin.
