{"id":6916,"date":"2021-06-04T07:49:33","date_gmt":"2021-06-04T05:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/?p=10315"},"modified":"2026-02-23T22:21:26","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T21:21:26","slug":"metalizacion-de-equipos-gss-msr-en-cn-bugey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/2021\/06\/04\/metalizacion-de-equipos-gss-msr-en-cn-bugey\/","title":{"rendered":"[:es]Metalizaci\u00f3n de equipos GSS (MSR) en CN Bugey[:en]Metallisation of MSRs at Bugey NPP[:fr]M\u00e9tallisation des \u00e9quipements GSS dans la CNPE Bugey[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]<strong>GDES Revanti\u00a0France<\/strong> ha realizado en el primer trimestre de 2021 un nuevo y amplio servicio de metalizaci\u00f3n en el interior de 4 Intercambiadores de calor (GSS\/MSR) Y 3 BA (dep\u00f3sitos de purga) de la Unidad 4 de la Central Nuclear de Bugey (Francia).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La metalizaci\u00f3n realizada por GDES sobre la superficie interna de los GSS\/MSR les ha dotado de una capa protectora para decelerar el proceso natural de erosi\u00f3n-corrosi\u00f3n de este tipo de equipos.\u00a0El objetivo es impedir este proceso de degradaci\u00f3n y alargar su la vida \u00fatil, evitando una reparaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s costosa o incluso la posibilidad de tener que sustituir estos sistemas.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-10317\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/Metal-N4-5-1024x568.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"250\" \/>El proyecto comienza con la delimitaci\u00f3n y confinamiento de la zona a tratar, para luego realizar una preparaci\u00f3n superficial mediante abrasivo y la aplicaci\u00f3n del revestimiento protector\u00a0(metalizaci\u00f3n). Un verdadero reto humano y t\u00e9cnico para nuestro cliente y para nuestro equipo debido al reducido espacio de maniobrabilidad.\u00a0El principal \u00e9xito del servicio ha sido tanto la soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica aportada como el nivel de especializaci\u00f3n del equipo humano que ha realizado el tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Destaca ante todo la singularidad de este proyecto de Metalizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<strong>En 2018 GDES fue la primera empresa logr\u00f3 ejecutar una intervenci\u00f3n de Metalizaci\u00f3n de este tipo en la industria nuclear francesa.<\/strong> Su desarrollo requiri\u00f3 por parte de GDES una fase previa de estudios y ensayos, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de una maqueta y homologaci\u00f3n del sistema utilizado.\u00a0 Desde nuestra primera intervenci\u00f3n en la Central Nuclear de Civaux, GDES ha realizado 12 intervenciones para EDF siendo esta \u00faltima en la Unidad 4 de la Central Nuclear de Bugey la m\u00e1s extensa (113 m<sup>2<\/sup>) y compleja en cuanto a superficie a tratar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:en]In the first quarter of 2021, <strong>GDES Revanti France<\/strong> completed a new and extensive metallisation service on the internal surfaces of 4 moisture separator reheaters (MSR) and 3 BA (purge tanks) at Unit 4 of the Bugey Nuclear Power Plant (France).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Metallisation of the internal surface of the MSRs has provided them with a protective layer to slow down the natural erosion and corrosion processes of this type of equipment.\u00a0The aim is to keep this degradation process in check and to extend their service life, thus avoiding much more expensive repairs or even the prospect of having to replace these systems.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-10317\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/Metal-N4-5-1024x568.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"250\" \/>The project begins with the marking out and containment of the area to be treated, followed by surface preparation with abrasives and application of the protective coating (metallisation). A true human and technical challenge for our client and for our team due to the limited manoeuvring space.\u00a0The service was a great success, both in the technical solution provided and the level of specialisation of the team that carried out the treatment.<\/p>\n<p>This metallisation project was notable for its unique approach.\u00a0<strong>In 2018 GDES was the first company to successfully conclude a metallisation project of this type in the French nuclear industry.<\/strong> In its development GDES carried out a prior phase of studies and tests, creating a scale model and seeking approval for the system to be employed. Since our first operation at the Civaux Nuclear Power Plant, GDES has carried out 12 operations for EDF; the latest, at Unit 4 of Bugey Nuclear Power Plant, was the largest (113 m2) and most complex in terms of the surface area to be treated.[:fr]<strong>GDES Revanti\u00a0France<\/strong> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au cours du premier trimestre de 2021 un nouveau service de m\u00e9tallisation de grande envergure \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de 4 \u00e9changeurs de chaleur (GSS) et 3 BA (r\u00e9servoirs de purge) de la Tranche 4 de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Bugey (France).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9tallisation r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par GDES sur la surface interne des GSS leur a fourni un rev\u00eatement protecteur pour ralentir le processus naturel d\u2019\u00e9rosion et de corrosion de ce type d\u2019\u00e9quipement.\u00a0L\u2019objectif est de pr\u00e9venir ce processus de d\u00e9gradation et de prolonger leur dur\u00e9e de vie, \u00e9vitant ainsi une r\u00e9paration beaucoup plus co\u00fbteuse, voire la possibilit\u00e9 de devoir remplacer ces syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-10317\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/06\/Metal-N4-5-1024x568.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"250\" \/>Le projet commence par une d\u00e9limitation et un confinement de la zone \u00e0 traiter, puis une pr\u00e9paration de la surface est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un abrasif et, enfin, le rev\u00eatement protecteur est appliqu\u00e9 (m\u00e9tallisation).
