Estas ejecuciones dotan a estos equipos de una\u00a0<strong>capa protectora para decelerar el proceso natural de erosi\u00f3n-corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong> que ocurre en su interior.\u00a0El objetivo es, precisamente, el de impedir este proceso de degradaci\u00f3n y alargar su vida \u00fatil, evitando una reparaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s costosa o incluso la posibilidad de su sustituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto comienza con la delimitaci\u00f3n y confinamiento de la zona a tratar, para luego realizar una preparaci\u00f3n superficial y la aplicaci\u00f3n del revestimiento protector (metalizaci\u00f3n) mediante una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica espec\u00edfica y un equipo humano especializado en el tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En 2018 GDES fue la primera empresa que logr\u00f3 ejecutar una intervenci\u00f3n de metalizaci\u00f3n de este tipo en la industria nuclear francesa.\u00a0<\/strong>Su desarrollo requiri\u00f3 por parte de GDES una fase previa de estudios y ensayos, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de una maqueta y validaci\u00f3n del sistema utilizado.\u00a0 Desde nuestra primera intervenci\u00f3n en la Central Nuclear de Civaux, el mercado de nuestros servicios de metalizaci\u00f3n crece cada a\u00f1o y ya son 15\u00a0 las intervenciones contratadas en diferentes centrales propiedad de EDF.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:en]GDES Revanti France is expanding its metallisation services portfolio with two new contracts at the <strong>Golfech<\/strong> and <strong>Chooz<\/strong> nuclear power plants.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The services to be provided are metallisation of the internal surfaces of moisture separator reheaters (MSR) at <strong>Golfech<\/strong> and metallisation of the internal surface of a heater in the <strong>Chooz<\/strong> plant\u2019s auxiliary building. These treatments provide the units with a <strong>protective layer to slow down the process of erosion and corrosion <\/strong>that occurs within them.\u00a0The aim is precisely to keep this degradation process in check and to extend their service life, thus avoiding much more expensive repairs or even the prospect of replacing them.<\/p>\n<p>The project begins with the marking out and containment of the area to be treated, followed by surface preparation and application of the protective coating (metallisation) carried out by a specialised team using a specific technical solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 2018 GDES was the first company to successfully conclude a metallisation project of this type in the French nuclear industry<\/strong><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>In its development GDES carried out a prior phase of studies and tests, creating a scale model and seeking approval for the system to be employed. Since our first contract at the Civaux Nuclear Power Plant, the market for our metallisation services has been growing every year, and we have now carried out 15 projects at various power plants owned by EDF.[:fr]<strong>GDES Revanti France<\/strong> \u00e9largit son march\u00e9 de services de m\u00e9tallisation avec deux nouveaux contrats dans les centrales nucl\u00e9aires de <strong>Golfech<\/strong> et <strong>Chooz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les contrats portent sur la m\u00e9tallisation de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de diff\u00e9rents \u00e9changeurs de chaleur (GSS) \u00e0 <strong>Golfech <\/strong>et sur la m\u00e9tallisation de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un chauffe-eau dans le b\u00e2timent auxiliaire de la centrale \u00e0 <strong>Chooz <\/strong>.
