En concreto, se realiza en \u00e9l la post segmentaci\u00f3n de\u00a0cuatro\u00a0RPV (vasijas a presi\u00f3n del reactor), as\u00ed\u00a0como\u00a0los trabajos de corte y desmantelamiento de las l\u00edneas de inserci\u00f3n y de extracci\u00f3n de los sistemas hidr\u00e1ulicos de accionamiento de las barras de control (CRDH),\u00a0utilizando equipos\u00a0a medida\u00a0dise\u00f1ados\u00a0y\u00a0fabricados\u00a0por\u00a0<strong>Uniper <\/strong><strong>Anlagenservice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-63610 size-full\" title=\"gdes desmantelamiento suecia\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/04\/DECOM_GDES_SWEDEN-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"702\" height=\"527\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El peso total de la <strong>vasija del reactor de Barseb\u00e4ck\u00a01 <\/strong>era de 430 toneladas. En esta primera etapa, la vasija del reactor fue separada en anillos con una altura de 0,9 a 1,8 metros mediante el corte t\u00e9rmico. La masa de cada secci\u00f3n fue de 12 a 24 toneladas. Durante el desmantelamiento la vasija del reactor se dividi\u00f3 desde arriba hacia abajo en 13 anillos y la parte inferior del reactor. Despu\u00e9s del precorte, los anillos se trasladaron desde el\u00a0pozo\u00a0del reactor a la zona de post segmentaci\u00f3n para que el equipo de GDES en Suecia procediera a su corte y posterior empaquetado en contenedores.<\/p>\n<p>La estrategia de desmantelamiento de<strong> GDES<\/strong> y <strong>Uniper <\/strong>se basa en una <strong>combinaci\u00f3n de corte manual mec\u00e1nico\/t\u00e9rmico<\/strong> <strong>y remoto con robot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El \u201ccoraz\u00f3n\u201d tecnol\u00f3gico del proyecto es el <strong>robot <\/strong>con el que se ejecuta el <strong>corte t\u00e9rmico <\/strong>de las cuatro vasijas de las centrales de Barseb\u00e4ck y Oskarshamn,<strong> en seco y en remoto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto, de alta ingenier\u00eda, es un muy buen ejemplo de la posibilidad de combinar, en retos de estas caracter\u00edsticas, soluciones de alto contenido tecnol\u00f3gico (sistema robotizado para la post segmentaci\u00f3n) con herramientas \u201coff-the-shelf\u201d.\u00a0 De este modo, son aprovechadas las semejanzas entre ambos reactores suecos, se implementan estrategias de desmantelamiento sin\u00e9rgicas tanto a nivel de metodolog\u00edas como de herramientas utilizadas, adem\u00e1s de reducir costes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl desmantelamiento de la vasija de reactor nuclear en Suecia mediante segmentaci\u00f3n por corte ha sido la primera experiencia, y lo que es importante, una experiencia exitosa para GDES. Esperamos con ansias comenzar a trabajar en las unidades que faltan y conseguir los mismos excelentes resultados\u201d. GDES destac\u00f3 en la adjudicaci\u00f3n de su oferta por contar con<strong>\u00a0m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sector nuclear<\/strong>. <strong>GDES<\/strong> no solo ha participado en la construcci\u00f3n de las principales centrales nucleares espa\u00f1olas durante los a\u00f1os 70 y 80, sino tambi\u00e9n en su mantenimiento y actualmente en su desmantelamiento, participando en los proyectos de Vandell\u00f3s I y Jos\u00e9 Cabrera, entre otros. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>GDES<\/strong> ha participado en proyectos de\u00a0<strong>desmantelamiento<\/strong>, en Italia, Reino Unido, Francia y, ahora, Suecia.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63612\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/04\/DECOM_GDES_SWEDEN-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:en]<\/p>\n<h4>GDES, as subcontractor to Uniper, successfully completes post-segmentation work on the Barseb\u00e4ck reactor pressure vessel.<\/h4>\n<p>The Valencia-based business group <strong>GDES<\/strong>, was awarded a contract by <strong>Uniper Anlagenservice GmbH<\/strong> to support the decommissioning of the <strong>Barseb\u00e4ck and Oskarshamn<\/strong> nuclear power plants in Sweden and has successfully completed the complex segmentation work on the drywell head and the reactor pressure vessel head and vessel post-segmentation at the Barseb\u00e4ck-1 nuclear power plant in Sweden, the first of four RPVs to be dismantled.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The project, awarded by <strong>Uniper Anlagenservice GmbH<\/strong>, began in July 2020 and will run for 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>The contract is being executed in 2 separate phases (2 years at the Barseb\u00e4ck plant and 2 years at the Oskarshamn plant) and involves the <strong>cutting of different parts<\/strong> from the dismantling of the reactors at both plants. This will optimise technological processes and create a unified technical approach for the execution of both phases of the project. Specifically, post-segmentation work will be performed on four RPVs (reactor pressure vessels), as well as the cutting and dismantling of the inlet and outlet lines of the hydraulic control rod drive housings (CRDH), using special equipment designed and supplied by <strong>Uniper Anlagenservice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-63610 size-full\" title=\"gdes desmantelamiento suecia\" src=\"https:\/\/ingmark.com\/corp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/04\/DECOM_GDES_SWEDEN-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"702\" height=\"527\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The total weight of the <strong>Barseb\u00e4ck 1 reactor pressure vessel<\/strong> was 430 tonnes. In this first stage, the reactor pressure vessel was thermally cut into rings with a height of 0.9 to 1.8 metres. Each section weighed between 12 and 24 tonnes. During dismantling, the reactor pressure vessel was cut from top to bottom into 13 rings plus the lower part of the reactor. The pre-cut rings were then transferred from the reactor pit to the post-segmentation area to be cut and packed in containers by the GDES team in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>The dismantling strategy is based on a <strong>combination of manual mechanical\/thermal and remote robotic cutting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The technological \u201cheart\u201d of the project is the <strong>robot<\/strong> that is performing <strong>remote-controlled, dry thermal cutting<\/strong> of the four vessels at the Barseb\u00e4ck and Oskarshamn power plants.<\/p>\n<p>This sophisticated engineering project is a prime example of how to combine, for challenges of this nature, high-tech solutions (robotic system for post-segmentation) with off-the-shelf tools. By capitalising on the similarities between the two Swedish reactors, synergistic decommissioning strategies are implemented in terms of both the methods and the tools used, in addition to reducing costs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cutting, segmentation and dismantling of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel in Sweden has been a first for GDES and, most importantly, it has been a success. We look forward to start working on the remaining units and to achieving the same excellent results\u201d. GDES\u2019 bid was bolstered by <strong>more than 40 years\u2019 experience in the nuclear industry<\/strong>. <strong>GDES<\/strong> not only participated in the construction of the major Spanish nuclear power plants in the 70s and 80s, but also in their maintenance and now in their decommissioning and has been involved in the Vandell\u00f3s I and Jos\u00e9 Cabrera projects, among others. Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9-d\u00e9coupe, les anneaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9s de la fosse du r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 la zone de post-segmentation pour \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9s et emball\u00e9s dans des conteneurs par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de GDES en Su\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de<strong> GDES<\/strong> et <strong>Uniper <\/strong>repose sur une <strong>combinaison de d\u00e9coupes manuelles m\u00e9caniques\/thermiques<\/strong> <strong>et de d\u00e9coupes robotis\u00e9es \u00e0 distance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab\u00a0c\u0153ur\u00a0\u00bb technologique du projet est le <strong>robot <\/strong>qui effectue la <strong>d\u00e9coupe thermique <\/strong>des quatre cuves des centrales de Barseb\u00e4ck et Oskarshamn,<strong> \u00e0 sec et \u00e0 distance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de pointe est un tr\u00e8s bon exemple de la mani\u00e8re de combiner, pour des d\u00e9fis de cette nature, des solutions de haute technologie (syst\u00e8me robotique pour la post-segmentation) avec des outils \u00ab\u00a0off-the-shelf\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0 De cette mani\u00e8re, les similitudes entre les deux r\u00e9acteurs su\u00e9dois sont exploit\u00e9es, des strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement synergiques sont mises en \u0153uvre en termes de m\u00e9thodologies et d\u2019outils utilis\u00e9s, et les co\u00fbts sont r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La d\u00e9coupe, la segmentation et le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de la cuve d\u2019un r\u00e9acteur nucl\u00e9aire en Su\u00e8de a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience, et surtout, une exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie pour GDES.
