José Dominguis Renard pursued business studies at the Valencia Professional School
of Commerce and, in 1958, joined the family company Pinturas J. Dominguis.
In 1965, he assumed the management of the companies and, following the incorporation
in 1976/77 of DOMINGUIS, S.L. and LAINSA, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of
Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
In 2005, with the establishment of the business holding Grupo Dominguis, now GD Energy
Services (GDES), the Group’s eight companies were integrated, and José Dominguis was
appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Since 2024, as part of the succession process and generational transition, he has held the
position of Honorary Chairman, while continuing to serve as a Board Member.
Throughout his career, José Dominguis Renard has received numerous awards and recognitions,
including the 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year Award of the Valencian Community, granted by
Actualidad Económica magazine, and the Medal of the Spanish Nuclear Society in 2012.
Honorary President
Héctor Dominguis holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Imperial College London,
an MSc in Management from the University of Surrey, a Master in Business Administration
from ESADE, and has completed the Senior Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE.
Prior to joining GD Energy Services (GDES), Héctor worked as Deputy to the Commercial
Management at Plexi S.A. (Röhm Group) and as a Strategy and Management Consultant
at Estrategia y Dirección SL.
In 2003, Héctor Dominguis joined GDES as Business Development Director. In 2011, he was
appointed Group General Manager by the Board of Directors, and in May 2012 he assumed
the position of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding José Dominguis in the leadership of the
family business. In 2024, as part of the succession and generational transition process, his
appointment as hairman was approved, while he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer.
Between 2021 and 2023, he served as President of the Spanish Nuclear Society (SNE). He is
currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Valencian Business Association, Chairman
of the LAB Mediterráneo Foundation, and a Board Member of Turbo Energy, S.A.
President and CEO
Sandra Sáez holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia, with a
specialization in the private and international sectors. She has completed several
postgraduate programs, including the Financial Management Program at the
Foundation for Stock Market and Financial Studies, and the Senior Executive
Development Program (PDD) at IESE.
Sandra Sáez began her professional career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen
and subsequently gained extensive experience in multinational companies, working
in the field of Management Control.
In 2019, she was appointed Chief Financial and Systems Officer, and since 2024 she
has served as General Manager of the organization, also assuming the overall
management of our Wind Business Unit.
General Manager
Julián Mendoza is an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Electrical Engineering from the UPC,
an Environmental Manager accredited under the European Organization for Quality (EOQ)
scheme, and holds an MBA from the Catholic University of Valencia. He began his professional
career as a Process Engineer and later held the position of Director of Quality, Environment, and
Occupational Health and Safety in companies across various sectors.
In 2008, Julián Mendoza joined GD Energy Services (GDES) as Head of the Integrated Management
System (QHSE) and currently serves as the Group Director of Quality, Safety, and Corporate Social
Responsibility (QHSE/CSR).

María José Mira Veintimilla holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia
and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Taxation. She served in the
Valencian regional government between 2015 and 2023 as Regional Secretary for
Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance.
During this period, she contributed to promoting the transformation of the Valencian
economic model, attracting and optimizing financial resources for the Region, managing
the assets of the Valencian Regional Government (GVA), and coordinating the public
business sector.
She has also held responsibilities as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and of the
General Shareholders’ Meeting of Espacios Económicos Empresariales S.L., the public
company responsible for the development of the Parc Sagunt I and Parc Sagunt II Business
Parks, where the PowerCo (Volkswagen Group) electric battery gigafactory is being
established.
Currently, María José Mira serves as Director of Strategic Projects at GDES.
Director of Strategic Projects
Adoración Arnaldos Gonzálvez is an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia,
specialized in Energy. She also holds a University Specialist degree in Environment and Nuclear
Safety from the same institution, as well as a postgraduate degree in Executive Management from the
Valencia Chamber of Commerce.
Adoración has dedicated her entire professional career—spanning more than 20 years—to the energy
sector, innovation projects, and new technologies, both in the public sector (university departments and
institutes) and in private enterprise.
She has participated in the founding and launch of two technology-based companies within the GDES
Group: Titania (in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Valencia), where she served as Technical
Manager, and GDES T4S (in partnership with the Spanish utility Iberdrola), where she held the position of
General Manager. Since 2020, Adoración Arnaldos has served as Director of Innovation and
Technology at GDES.
Director of Innovation and Technology
José Ramón Ferrer holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University
of Valencia. He also holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from ESIC and has completed
the Senior Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE.
José Ramón began his professional career as an advisor and auditor, later holding Chief Financial
Officer positions in national and international companies and corporate groups. In 2007, he joined
GD Energy Services (GDES) as Financial Director.
Finance Director
Nelia Martínez is an Industrial Engineer specialized in Electrical Engineering. She holds an Advanced
Management Program (AMP) from IE Business School, as well as a Specialist Program in Operations
and Lean Management. She gained part of her professional experience in the Studies Department of
a company in the energy sector, where she was primarily responsible for developing the necessary
tools and providing support in project planning and management.
With a professional career spanning more than 17 years, Nelia Martínez joined GDES in April 2015. She
currently serves as Tender Support Director at GDES.
Tender Coordination Director
Eduardo Castelló is a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia,
with more than 20 years of experience as Head of IT in companies operating at a national level.
Throughout his career, he has held responsibilities in software development, the ICT sector,
programming environments, the implementation of complex systems, and team management.
Since 2021, he has served as Director of Information Technologies at GDES.
Director of Information Technology
José Antonio Noguera Murillo holds a European Degree in Business Management (GEDE),
specialized in finance, accounting, and management. He also holds a degree in Business
Administration (BBA) from the University of Valencia and a degree in International Trade
from the Higher School of Commerce of Marseille.
Since 2018, José Antonio has served as Director of Management Control and, since 2025, as Director of Management Control and Systems.
