At GDES Wind, we work with composites with a clear objective: to adapt to the specific needs of each project. We design and manufacture custom components for wind turbines, ensuring both functionality and seamless integration into each unit.
In our facilities, we produce components such as:
- Water deflectors, optimized to protect sensitive areas of the blade and facilitate water drainage.
- Nacelles and nacelle components, designed to withstand demanding environmental conditions and facilitate maintenance tasks.
- Hatches and covers, tailored to each geometry and access point.
- Aerodynamic elements, designed to improve wind turbine performance.
We select the most suitable manufacturing technique in each case (infusion, RTM-light, hand lamination, among others) based on the type of part, volumes, and client priorities, always focusing on quality and process efficiency.
Furthermore, we support the component from its manufacturing to its commissioning: our team can perform assembly directly on the blade, whether at the factory, port, wind farm, or client facilities.
